Noble Hotel

Overall the hotel room is spacious and tidy. There is a shopping mall downstairs which is very convenient. However, the staff is not proactive enough to serve me during check in. I was queuing up at the front desk, one of the staff was serving another customer while the other staff was using her mobile phone. I was expecting her to call me to check in but she didn't except using her mobile phone. Until the other customer at my back went up to her then she put down the phone and served that customer instead of me. I was a bit upset about this Also, I picked the non-smoking room and I expected the whole floor to be non-smoking. But I still saw people smoking in their rooms (as their doors kept open) and also smelled very strong cigarette smoke.

Quite an old hotel , staffs customer service quality is poor , room is fair and bit smelly !! Location is good and many restaurants nearby

The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc. Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit. 飯店位於市中心，毗鄰購物中心，設有一些兒童娛樂和設施。它也靠近沃爾瑪和中餐館，可以吃早餐。步行即可到達港口和二馬路步行街。酒店本身很經典但很新，乾淨且寬敞。早餐很正常，普通。有基本粥，水果，中餐，蔬菜，西式早餐，蛋，咖啡，茶等。 外觀和內裝都很豪華。我很喜歡它並且下次一定會再來。
