Right next to the Shanwei railway station. Very clean and nicely designed accommodation, we had a very good stay. Host was very responsive, and made sure we had sufficient amenities. There were arrangements for luggage storage too. Love the big projector screen too!

Clean, two restrooms, lots of comfortable furniture, a projector, fast check-in, if you quickly need lemonade, snakes or anything else😏, you can buy it right here in the boxes. I've never seen such thoughtful planning.
The shower stall needs some minor repairs.
About the train noise, they don't run at night, but in daily time here some noise, but I expect it from apartment 5 minutes from station, for me no problem.
And, write to owner in wechat beforehand, then you will not wait

Very near to the Shanwei Station with clear instructions on getting to the room.
Room spacious and nicely furnished. The shower area a little small and if you are big size, may be a little restrictive.
Toilet was not flushed upon my arrival, and when I informed management, they were quick to offer me another room but I didn't take it because the other room was smaller. I was given a small token for the inconvenience by management.
I would recommend this place for ease of getting to or from the station. I chose this because my train arrived at almost 12am and I wanted to rest soon after I arrived. This place was perfect.
As for eateries, there were a few near the station, and more within walking distance, but of course it's not as convenient as being located near the Er Malu Night market.

Room was really nice, but the customer service was abysmal. This is not a hotel, but a guy renting out a room, so keep that in mind. If you do not speak Chinese you will find yourself stranded.
