【Hassle-free Stay】24/7 Butler Service: The service was excellent and the environment was impeccable. The only minor issue was the robot delivery for takeout, but everything else was absolutely perfect. The facilities are all brand new and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. I will definitely come again!!!!

Fantastic stay! I definitely have to give this a glowing review. I needed bottled water late at night, and the front desk staff responded super fast, immediately arranging for a robot to deliver it to my room – so thoughtful and efficient. In the morning, I forgot my room card, and my partner was fast asleep inside, so I didn't want to disturb them. I contacted the front desk for help opening the door, and the staff were incredibly gentle and patient, coordinating everything right away. The whole process was so hassle-free. The hotel's service is meticulous and responsive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and I felt completely safe and happy during my stay. The value for money is outstanding! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommend it to everyone! ✨

Pros: Overall, the stay was acceptable. The room's facilities were complete, and it was clean. Cons: The soundproofing was very poor. At night, I could clearly hear water running from other rooms, as if someone was using the facilities in my own room. The traffic noise was also loud at night, and there was a low-frequency hum from machinery outside. The lighting was a bit dim. The front desk staff member was slow to respond and very slow with check-in. It felt like she wasn't very familiar with the process.

This was truly a delightful surprise at the hotel. The young man at the front desk, whose name I forgot to ask, had long hair and was waiting for us at the door before we even arrived, helping with our luggage! 👍 The hotel's overall amenities exceeded its price, it was fantastic. The breakfast area was also very pleasant, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Even though we arrived quite late, they kept asking if we needed anything. A very pleasant experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shaoguan.

This weekend's hotel was a real gem, I have to rave about it! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with attentive service. The receptionist was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced us to nearby attractions and restaurants, even providing parking guidance – the attention to detail was truly impressive. Opening the room door was a delightful surprise; the space was much more spacious than I expected, spotless, the carpet soft to the touch, and the sofa by the window perfectly placed, creating a beautiful ambiance when the sunset streamed in. The bedding felt clean and crisp, and the pillows were just the right firmness – a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast selection was so extensive it was hard to choose! The freshly cooked noodles were piping hot, and the local snacks were surprisingly well-made. The location was also superb, just a short drive from the attractions we wanted to visit, and convenient for dining and shopping nearby. For this price, the experience was incredible, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel didn't have a parking lot; I had to park in a paid spot on the street. It took me a long walk to find a spot. There were dead insects in the room, and the cigarette ash on the table hadn't been cleaned properly. I could hear the noise from the next room at 3 or 4 am; the soundproofing was terrible and disturbed my sleep. Outside the window were some dilapidated residential buildings. Overall, a very poor experience. Headache.

The hotel service was excellent, and the facilities were great! However, the toilet smelled a bit at night, and since we got back too late, we didn't ask the staff to fix it. The surrounding area is beautiful; it's perfect for an evening stroll and you can even take pictures of the "sky mirror" formation!

Breakfast options were limited; the soy milk was powdered. The room was very comfortable, with a mattress of medium firmness and a spacious shower. Hot water was plentiful, and the room had no strange smells. Takeout was delivered to the room by a robot. There's also a gym and a children's playground.
