I originally booked two nights online at a discount. After I arrived at the hotel, I realized that it was an elevator room. I was so nervous that I could not sleep when I heard the elevator sound. I tried to express whether I could change rooms. The beauty at the front desk was very refreshing and changed. grateful. The room is very quiet and smart. Just say "Tmall Elf, help me draw the curtains" and other instructions, you can feel the elegant environment and the convenience of light and wisdom. Both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the restaurant. After eating, the surrounding environment for a walk is not bad. When you go out to the right, many residents in the neighborhood are walking on this road. If you are in the park, you can come down a little later, even better! Love it very much and will come again!

酒店環境好！地理位置優越，周邊韶州公園可以晨跑。晚上睡覺非常舒服寧靜。非常感謝陳經理免費幫我升級行政套房！非常感謝🙏🙏🙏。

疫情前來住過，好像是新裝修過，還挺漂亮，位置便利，離市區近，旁邊有公園，樓下可以吃飯喝茶，味道不錯。但這次有點不愉快，後來服務枱人員當面致歉了，負責人事後電話也表明了誠意，在此就忽略不提了。作為曾在韶關工作了十多年的老家人，希望這座城市越來越好，也希望酒店越辦越好。

環境：酒店環境非常安靜，沒人入住靜得有點可怕，膽小的千萬不要過來。 設施：酒店設施老舊，空調轟隆隆的響個不停。 衞生：酒店周邊有個死水潭，蒼蠅蚊子超級多。 服務：四星級的收費，管理極度混亂，23:40野狗跑進來狂吠沒人管，0:55又開始狂吠了一晚。服務員一副愛住不住的態度，第二天一早果斷退房住進麗楓酒店。總體來説，收費很貴，設施老舊，各方面遠遠不如全季、麗楓，服務態度不好還自我感覺良好，入住的基本都是公款接待和上了年紀的老朋友。

我們早上十點多提前到的，保安叔叔幫忙找了位置停車，因為小孩不舒服前台小姐姐優先幫我們調配了房間，地理位置和環境都很好，房間有好吃的水果和零食，窗外是一個大荷花池，晚上很安靜，自助早餐選擇多，口味合適廣東人，服務也很好，都很滿意，下次有機會過來玩會再住這裏。

酒店在公園裡，環境非常好，綠植多，空氣好！雖然是老牌酒店，但維護得非常好！也很智能！房間有天貓精靈，洗澡還有音樂放鬆心情！最值得點讚的是前台的伍莉妮，非常親切，聽説我有長者家同行，馬上幫我調到了門口就能停車的5號樓，還貼心地幫我升級了套房，真的太暖心啦！非常感謝她！總之，各方面都很贊，以後來韶關都要訂這裏！👍👍👍
