The service was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. They even proactively offered snacks when they saw I had a child and asked if we needed kids' toiletries, which I really appreciated. The laundry lady was also super kind; she offered to help dry our clothes and deliver them to our room. A big thank you to her! The lobby on the first floor is so cozy, and I was surprised by how many beautiful books they had. And the original flavor cookies? Seriously the best I've ever tasted! The promotional video in the elevator was brilliant, so cheerful and really put me in a great mood. Combined with the staff's warm and friendly welcome, my whole Shaoguan trip truly felt rejuvenating. I sincerely hope all the hotel staff stay happy and have everything go smoothly. Your happiness and your work are truly meaningful.

I was in Shaoguan for a couple of nights for business and enjoyed the hotel and location so much that I booked an extra 3 nights. The rooms are modern and clean with USD outlets. The 15sqm Double Room is pretty compact so I upgraded to a 25sqm Superior Double Room with QB when I extended. It has a proper desk if you need to use your laptop. The staff are friendly. Simple breakfast but enough variety and some Western options. The location is a short walk to a huge walking/shopping street and a large shopping centre with a supermarket and food court. It's also around the corner from a massive park with a kid's fun park and rides. If you want to relax the 7th floor of the Ramada Hotel nearby has a great spa and massage.

Got upgraded to the river view room ❤️ travelled solo to hike Danxiashang, discovered Shaoguan is a very nice city. Hotel is connected to a mall with lots of fashion brands (not ultra luxury ones but local high end brands either original design)!!! Has delivery robots for takeout orders. Clean room with no smoke smell. Grand lobby.

The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, no smell, refreshing layout, soft bedding and sleep well, and the night environment is quiet. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high, the service is warm and courteous, and the needs can be responded in time. The breakfast is not very rich but much better than the general chain hotel. You can eat very full. The front desk lady is also very good. Very polite, including the waiter. The only thing is that it is a bit evil. Feeling dirty, is a middle-aged man, We slept late last night, and woke up in a daze behind. I felt that a middle-aged man walked in at the door. Then I wanted to call my sister and found that I couldn’t call, and then I thought about whether he would go up, and then found that he was fighting with me for control of my body. I feel like I have been struggling to kick my feet and shouting, and I am so hungry behind. I said that we ordered fried rice at noon and can eat it on the table. After a while, I found that I could move. I got up and turned on the light immediately. I turned on the bag and put all the protective cards in the bag. My sister asked me what I was doing. I didn’t dare to tell her that I was afraid of scaring her. I said that it was better to sleep. I opened the corridor light behind. It took a long time to fall asleep. I went out to live in many hotels every year, but the only thing like this was never really real. I felt too scared. Our room number is the 26-tail building. It is inconvenient to say that the hotel does not have a 4-room number. It is too scary to avoid 24 starving.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!

Pros-Clean and international standard, fast check in and check out. Walking distance of about 15 minutes from the train station, which has buses going to the High Speed Train Station. Cons-No much choice of foods nearby as compared to the more active area across the river where walking streets and recreational parks are located. You may need to walk across the bridge and take public buses to go there.

Hahaha, we boys were assigned to the strawberry-themed room! So embarrassing! The air conditioner unit sounds just like the spinning top of our washing machine at home; I felt like getting up to hang up the laundry all night. We stayed here last year and were very satisfied, so we chose to stay again. The cleanliness was still quite good. The outdoor children's playground hasn't been maintained in a long time!

The location is excellent—just 10 metres from the Fengcai Building, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and offered a nice city view. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. Check-in and checkout were both smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the variety of food options available nearby, along with a mini supermarket just around the corner. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without the frills. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or anyone visiting the area!

This Yueya Lizhi Hotel is really awesome, the overall environment is clean and refreshing, and the atmosphere is very good. The room was neat and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was online, and the rest was particularly quiet at night. The location is very superior, close to Shaoguan East Station, within walking distance, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The hotel is fully furnished, with a gym, self-service laundry room, smart equipment and robot delivery, and it is very convenient to stay. Xiaoyan at the front desk is warm and friendly, efficient, and will help in time if there is a need. The health details are well done, the buffet breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a tourist stay, the experience is full, I will choose here next time I come to Shaoguan, highly recommended!
