賓館在市區中心鬧中取靜，酒店前院停車坪很寬闊，讓人豁然開朗，停車位很多，因為是老牌政務接待酒店，酒店服務中規中矩，裏面設施不錯。早餐沒有去吃。

地理位置優越，屬於國營招待酒店，配套服務都很好，早餐有點簡單，但是管飽。距離市政府很近，工作對接方便，停車場很大，鬧中取靜。

設施陳舊（80、90年代），服務一般，空調製熱完全不行，一晩上就像是睡在冰冷的世界裏！強烈建議酒店升級改造！
