NOVOTEL Shaoxing Keqiao

Very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are excellent, with a fantastic gym and swimming pool. Breakfast was also great, offering a delicious and plentiful spread including omelets. I regret not taking photos! The room was spacious and very comfortable; I didn't want to check out. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely choose this Novotel again next time I'm in Shaoxing for business. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This was my second stay within a month, and the service details were excellent. However, there's still room for improvement regarding cleanliness, and I wish the breakfast options were more diverse. Other than that, everything else was very satisfactory.

The location is super convenient, really close to Jianhu Scenic Area, and the price is very reasonable! When I checked out, the front desk lady was so thoughtful and even gave me a small souvenir. Such a nice touch!

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a subway station nearby that takes you directly to Lu Xun's former residence. Overall, it was a good stay!

The hotel is brand new, and the service is warm and attentive. I'm very satisfied. It's located in Keqiao, close to Guazhu Lake, and the environment is excellent – much better than the city center. There are also many attractions nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Thanks for the room upgrade! The room was very clean and had a big bathtub by the window. We received welcome fruits upon check-in and different souvenir gifts for men and women when we left. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and it's right next to Baolong Plaza! Overall, it was a very comfortable trip!
