Shaoxing Landison Cigle Hotel (Donghu Scenic Area, Yangming North Road)

The location is great! There's a Xinjiang BBQ joint nearby, but I wouldn't recommend it because they don't give out fapiao (receipts).

The hotel environment is great, there's a gym, and the front desk staff are super friendly and attentive. The room was also very clean.

The hotel's location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, and the gym is quite spacious. The room was comfortable, really great!

The location is easy to find and convenient, only 1 kilometer from East Lake. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is plentiful. The living environment is quiet and comfortable. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, was attentive and welcoming, and even helped us book attractions. Laundry is also very convenient; there's a laundry room and dryer on the second floor. Parking is also convenient, with several restaurants downstairs.

This hotel is terrible. It seems like it was recently renovated, but they only did superficial work and the infrastructure is all old. If you want to suffer from the heat and not sleep a wink, choose this hotel. The air conditioning is practically nonexistent; we set it to 16 degrees Celsius, and the room was still unbearably hot. Even at 1 or 2 AM, the barbecue restaurant downstairs was still very noisy. We didn't get a wink of sleep at all. And the bathroom water… it was all yellow! I even vomited while brushing my teeth. Besides that, after complaining to the hotel, we asked for some compensation. I guess they don't want to compensate us, but they actually told Ctrip that they had already offered to change our room in the middle of the night? Don't make up stories like that! (We already checked in late, and after this happened, we thought we'd complain the next morning because it was so late. People shouldn't be too kind, right?) They even said we got a discount by booking through Ctrip, so why do we still want compensation? Is that even a question? I'm speechless. If you want to make your life miserable, go stay at this hotel…

這個訂單是視頻號宣傳促銷購買的，介紹的非常好，所以購買了很多券，但是實際上：不是新開的酒店，是改建的；位置比較偏，周邊有點亂和臟，有停車場免費抵用券，首先服務意識不太好，大堂不大一個很小的前台，自己開門拎行李。宣傳時候説是智能馬桶，但是到了酒店後所有房間都沒有的，跟酒店交涉了，攜程上介紹也有智能馬桶及照片，投訴後一直沒給回覆，還好我截圖保存了，我的訂單上面有智能馬桶和攜程介紹的都被酒店刪除掉了，就是再進去查是沒有智能馬桶了，好在我截圖了。然後沒有得到回覆我就和攜程客服溝通，説這是不是欺騙消費者？在攜程客服積極溝通下，酒店才跟我聯絡做了溝通，二個方案，退房費或升級房型，我選了後者，房間隔音不好，門鎖上粉刷的牆粉都在，電梯出來右轉有個斜坡的，是看不清楚的，人很容易沖一下，這個得放個牌子；廁所有點味道，像煙味一樣的，保潔還行，床品也行，毛巾浴巾很舊，新開的酒店應該是全新的吧！插座的外殼有的是晃動的。空調製冷很好。蚊子很多，浴室的龍頭也是舊的，一直掉下來，勾不住。溝通的工作人員態度還可以，就是服務都想做好，但是欠缺管理知識，細節不夠好。

設施：房間很好，寬敞明亮，床品舒適潔凈，空調給力，洗衣房健身房可和四星比肩。 衞生：👍👍👍👍👍 環境：酒店大堂茶香縈繞，精美自助下午茶悠閑愜意。我的喜歡。 服務：各職能部門服務上乘，温暖貼心👍👍👍👍👍 早餐豐盛，補菜很快。性價比高。 酒店出行，用餐很方便。門口38路直達東湖公園，城鐵迪盪站。

這家酒店服務太好了，前台小朋友辦理入住很快，還給我們提供紹興旅遊攻略。客房也很乾凈，房間設施也比較全面，早餐很精緻，什麼類型的早餐都有。位置也很多，不用想子沒有位置。酒店還提供下午茶，還有養生茶，都特別的好，以後指定這家了，五星好評，期待下一次再次入住

這次旅行入住體驗遠超預期，酒店環境安靜雅緻，客房採光好、打掃得一塵不染，洗漱用品齊全，睡眠體驗極佳。重點誇一誇洗衣房，收拾得乾淨有序，洗衣機、烘乾機、熨燙設備一應俱全，操作簡單易懂，洗完直接烘乾不用晾曬，解決了旅途洗衣的大難題。工作人員態度温和貼心，整體性價比拉滿，非常推薦。
