The bed was spacious with a comfortable duvet, and the room itself was large and well-equipped. A bathtub would have made it even better! The hotel's decor is elegant and perfect for photos. There's a swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area – my grandson loved it so much he didn't want to leave! The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Having only been open for three months, the hotel's overall operations are still in a 'breaking-in' phase, and I encountered several minor issues during my stay. However, the duty Guest Service Manager, Ms. Tu, handled everything with professional efficiency and expertise. She was quick to respond, provided comprehensive and appropriate solutions, and communicated with patience and attention to detail. She immediately addressed my concerns and effectively resolved all problems. Manager Tu demonstrated exceptional service awareness and a strong ability to think on her feet, showcasing outstanding professionalism. Even during the new hotel's transitional period, she remained composed, clearly defined responsibilities, and used her professional service to compensate for any shortcomings, significantly enhancing my stay. I would like to extend my sincere praise to Ms. Tu and wish the hotel continued improvement in its operations.

This is a new hotel, and I used a pre-purchased package for a fantastic three-day, two-night stay with plenty of food and fun! The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the lobby was bright and clean. The small wontons at breakfast were delicious. The room was spacious enough and quite clean. The only minor downside was that the shower rooms by the pool had a strong, unpleasant odor, so the hygiene there definitely needs improvement.

Traveling as a family of three, we found the room incredibly spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and even the simple fare was satisfying. The afternoon tea was a lovely and cozy experience, perfect for chatting, enjoying coffee or juice in the expansive lobby, and reading. Most importantly, the hotel's service was impeccable. From the management to the staff, everyone's warm smiles made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel staff, from the entrance to the lobby, front desk, restaurant, and room service, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby staff proactively introduced us to the hotel's amenities and local attractions. Our room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were easy to use. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with plenty of food, and the service was excellent. The Chinese restaurant's dishes were beautiful, fragrant, and delicious. The 899 package offers fantastic value for money.

I stayed for two nights consecutively at the Crowne Plaza Shaoxing Binhai. The hotel just opened, so the facilities are brand new and spotless, and the environment is elegant and tranquil. The overall service was warm and attentive. I encountered a minor issue during my stay, but the butler responded very quickly, proactively helped me change rooms, and thoughtfully upgraded my room type to resolve it. They didn't pass the buck when problems arose and handled things very efficiently. My entire stay was comfortable, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

The new hotel's environment, dining, hygiene, and service are all excellent. Special shout-out to Yao at the front desk for her warm service and strong professional skills. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Shaoxing.
