老漢庭，一開始看了評價心裏是有點忐忑的，但是入住後無論服務還是管理都比杭州漢庭優佳好，同樣過年期間早餐次序井井有條，食物少了馬上補給，工作人員時刻緊盯着，前台也很熱情，剛到沒房間，幫忙一起寄存行李，當中還打電話問幾點能到，過年人多完全能理解，前台還主動贈送孩子的早餐，不在意細節其實真的都不錯，出行也方便，離景點也都不算遠，附近也有八佰伴，外賣也是機器人送達。

前台服務非常好，很有親切感，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務及時響應，停車位置方便，地理位置很好 離火車站，地鐵站很近，早餐是以自助方式，品種很多，口味很好，附近有小型商場，也有小餐館選擇性很多，酒店大堂有很多書，可以借去房間看，大堂很有檔次感
酒店有洗衣機烘乾機，給旅遊客，商務客帶來了方便，下次來紹興，還選擇這家酒店，性價比非常高的一家酒店！

這間酒店設施好，上電梯要用房卡，外來人員不能隨意進入，有洗衣機和乾衣機，方便我們出來多天遊的人。衞生設定很好，乾淨，住得放心，房間也較大。服務周到，不論是經理還是小胖哥哥服務熱情，今後有朋友來介紹前來住宿。

早上八點，酒店的防火警報出現故障，在走廊裏一直循環播報，讓我們走緊急通道逃生到酒店的前台。等我們下樓的時候，正在打掃衞生的阿姨，笑了笑，特別鎮定地説，警報出現故障了，這很容易判斷出酒店的警報會時常失靈。此外待我們回到房間後，給前台打電話，前台證實了警報失靈，讓我們安心睡覺，沒有絲毫抱歉打擾之意，我們惴惴不安地從六樓到一樓逃生再爬上去，哪一個正常人還會安心睡覺。失靈，我慶幸這不是真的，但是酒店應該完善自己的防火基礎設施吧，如果真的遇到突發狀況，住客的安全怎樣得到保障？這不需要你們酒店及時反思並作出相應整改嗎？臨走的時候，前台還讓我們給予好評，如果此次入住體驗非常滿意，不用你們提醒，我會主動在平台上給予你們最中肯的評價，讓更多的消費者來體驗。此外，房間內部裝修老舊，牆壁太多臟的細節，很多衞生死角都沒有打掃，空調晚上的噪音特別大，走廊裏的地毯也全是污漬。
此次紹興的旅行是滿意的，除了住宿體驗感極差，紹興本地出租車司機淳樸熱情，紹興的景色也真的很美。

衞生間漏水，天花板的水像花灑一樣噴水下來，還好當時沒人在衞生間，否則要淋成落湯雞，電話給前台催了三次都沒人上來看，還得自己下樓找前台才安排人上來查看，無語…

房間衞生一般，通過自身切身經歷來説，衞生較差，不知道是因為毛巾還是床單的緣故，身上起疹子了，明顯的過敏，之前在其他酒店未曾出現。但酒店服務態度確實不錯，酒店衞生有待改善，進去的時候還有股味，至離店也未曾散掉
