老闆人很好，早上九點到也讓我提前入住了，後面還幫我們存了行李。酒店應該是重新裝修過，很多東西還挺新的。位置離東湖很近。

設備比較舊，我們定了三人間，臨時打電話説之前三人間沒退房，問能不能標間裏面加個床，因為國慶難定同意了，加了個小的摺疊床，三個人住很擁擠，老闆也沒説因為房間換了補個差價，但是國慶期間紹興賓館漲價太嚴重了，這家196訂到房間不容易，也沒退，而且老闆一直幫忙搬箱子，感謝老闆。吃飯方便，停車方便，房間比較舊，但是看起來還行，挺乾淨，到幾個景區開車20分鐘左右
