The room is unoccupied! At night, the noise of the air conditioner is 50 decibels, and it wakes up 5 times in the middle of the night.
The attitude of the security guard downstairs was extremely bad. I checked out of the room and wanted to go back to the bathroom. I asked you in a loud and fierce voice what you are doing!
