Brilliant

I felt quite at ease after staying for a few days. The room was spacious, unlike other hotels with low floors which felt very depressing. I will book this hotel again next time.

It's pretty average. It's said to be a smart home, but the bathroom doesn't even have a door. As soon as someone walks over, the exhaust fan starts automatically. The water from the shower can flow all over the toilet next door. Aren't you afraid that the electric toilet will short-circuit? The router behind the TV was scraped to the ground by the automatically closed curtain. What if it breaks? The service is also hard to describe. I called to ask if breakfast could be delivered, but was rejected. I was ok with it, so they sent two bath towels, but the person who came only took one... I read in the comments that extra mineral water is also charged. Although there is a self-service vending machine downstairs, it doesn't deliver and I can't even find the customer service. Speechless

We came as a team to play basketball at a nearby gymnasium and stayed here together. The bus parking was very convenient and the staff actively helped to confirm the parking location. As for the room, the curtains were electric and the toilet was also electric. The room was spacious and clean, the floor was high and the view was good. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas and had a ceiling-mounted shower head with a strong water flow. There was enough hot water supply and hygiene was guaranteed. The only drawback was that my room was under the restaurant and the noise from dragging tables and chairs was quite loud. I suggest that the hotel consider laying carpets in the restaurant. I often stay at this hotel when I go to Keqiao on business. This hotel is relatively new and has advanced facilities, especially the induction toilet, lights, electric curtains, and network TV. The only problem is that the network is not stable. This time I stayed on the 20th floor. There is a laundry room on the north side. The noise from the laundry room was too loud in the middle of the night. In addition, the lights suddenly lit up automatically twice in the middle of the night, and the curtains opened. It may be that the electrical induction failed. I didn't sleep well in the second half of the night.

The room is nice and big, and the location is in the city center, with many food nearby. The room has a 75-inch TV, smart curtains, smart toilet, and a full set of Toto brand bathroom. But the wifi has some problems, the speed is not fast, it is recommended to upgrade, the mahjong tiles and mahjong table are good

The restaurant stipulates that breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock. There is no food at 9 o'clock. There are 3 slices of bread, 4 eggs, and a few small tomatoes on the table. In the middle of the night, I had to drag my suitcase and bags and take the elevator back to the front desk on the first floor. I asked the lady if she had swiped the wrong floor. But she didn't apologize at all and told me confidently that she hadn't swiped the wrong floor. I handed her the room card, turned around, and went to the front desk to swipe it twice to make sure it didn't work. She complained and muttered something about the room card being unauthorized. She couldn't figure out what was going on. I went back to the front desk and took three cards to the elevator and swiped them randomly. It took a long time to make a new room card. I finally arrived at the door of the room and there were cigarette butts on the floor. The smell of the decoration almost made me faint. I hurried to open the window but it didn't open. Oh! I thought I would just stay for one or two nights, but I found a big hole in the quilt, so I went downstairs and asked to change rooms. I went to the front desk to borrow a charger, but the hotel replied that there were no free chargers, only charging power banks at the front desk. As a result, I just scanned a power bank and was charged ¥40. I felt that the charging standard was unreasonable and returned it immediately, but the money could not be refunded! Is this robbery? I wanted to ask the front desk to solve it, but no one cared after asking several times, which caused my daughter to completely collapse and cry. Only then did a staff member slowly come over and say that the power bank was not from our hotel, and they couldn’t solve it (then I want to ask why the power bank was placed in your lobby?) After the room change procedures were completed, it was already 1:06 in the morning. I thought that changing rooms would be better? As a result, my skirt was all wet when I washed my face. I found out that the wash basin leaked and splashed my clothes. There was a strong smell of urine in the shower room. The door curtain of the bathroom was also broken, and the air conditioner was like a tractor all night. I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:07 the next morning, but almost all the plates were empty. I asked the aunt in the restaurant why you didn’t add food when breakfast was over at 10:00. The aunt replied that the leader said that she was afraid of waste if she burned too much... The toothpick holder in the restaurant was very dirty. On the third day after checking out, I drank a cup of warm water. I felt like vomiting when I saw the unsanitary condition of the kettle... After staying for two days, I couldn't complain about the service, sanitation, and engineering problems of this hotel anymore. I was completely speechless and broke down. The check-in experience was really bad! The hardware decoration of the newly renovated hotel is OK. I hope that the management, service, and sanitation can keep up in the future, otherwise there will be no repeat customers!
