There are many kinds of breakfast and the waiters are all polite. When checking in, the front desk guy patiently arranged a room for us and showed us the room. When we checked out, he thoughtfully gave us a souvenir, slippers and water, which made us feel comfortable on the way back. A piece of fruit is given in the room every day, and two desserts are given in the evening. We stayed there for three nights and nothing was the same. All this reflects that the hotel's software services are excellent. Although the hotel's hardware is not outstanding, the excellent service awareness still makes me happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.

臨時起意打算自駕去趟紹興玩兒，臨時找房看中了一間兩張大床，很適合我們這類二胎的家庭 環境：周邊是小區但是很安靜，隔壁是鐘山寺，小院子打開門就是條河，這個時節院子裏隱隱有桂花香，很是舒適，離古城區也不遠，打車大概十三四左右。 服務：訂房後就有管家打電話來要車牌錄入了，順便加了微信，店裡是稍微有點年紀的姐姐們在看顧，出入的時候姐姐們都會親切問候也會和孩子們逗逗趣，很有親切感，早飯是提前選好的也可選擇隔日送房間，歡迎水果就是橘子和一些超市零食，衞生間內的配套洗浴用品沒見過，因為自帶了就沒用過，我是兩千多訂的房早餐、歡迎水果和配套的洗浴用品我覺得有點和房費不大匹配。 衞生：入住的時候水壺和水杯能看得出有清潔，有一説一因為親子房在一樓，所以蚊蟲肯定沒法完全避免，這點要自己心裡有數，民宿也配了驅蚊產品，衞生這塊沒毛病。 設施：這塊有點想叨叨，首先是洗臉池水龍頭太長啦😅，那麼大的洗臉池因為水龍頭過長使用率減一半，而且水也特別容易濺出來，其次就是浴缸，水龍頭的上方就是擱物層，一般這類浴缸的水龍頭在中間，這個不是所以導致放了東西得在另一邊躺下來，想再拿就得完全爬起來那就得小心別滑了，最後就是坐便的門和主門容易打架，要注意一點，其他都沒毛病。 雖然這個民宿有丟丟的小毛病，但是我還是很滿意，因為有家的温馨感，有主人家的熱情好客。非常感謝臨走時送給孩子的喜之朗果凍，孩子們很喜歡也很開心~🥰

Because it is on an old residential street, it is estimated that the old houses will be renovated. There is no elevator between the room and the lobby, so the waitress helped me carry my luggage. After I went up to the second floor, I was given room tips and the enthusiasm was still there. Fruits, snacks, and drinks were provided on the table in the room. After a day of business trip, I felt warm again. The wooden room will inevitably vibrate when closing the door at night, but the overall sound insulation is good. The breakfast in the morning was quite rich. There were not many people there, maybe because I ate late. Especially the dishes coming out of the breakfast pot have a good temperature feel. The details are warm. After check-out, we were given snacks and asked if we wanted drinks. The beautiful waiter came to the gate to say goodbye. I have never encountered such considerate service in so many years. A real sense of coming home. The only thing I wish was better was the low water pressure and small amount of water in the bathroom. I’ll stay here again next time!
