The hotel is very new and the facilities are also very new. The breakfast is good and has a lot of variety. Nearby is the Hangzhou 2023 Asian Games Baseball and Softball Stadium. It is very close to Shaoxing North Railway Station. We booked this hotel because we were going to Xinchang Giant Buddha the next day. The only drawback is that the exhaust fan in the room is so loud that it actually woke me up in the middle of the night. Everything else is satisfactory.

1、套房寬敞明亮、整潔舒適（圖1） 2、淋浴房裡有欠考慮，沐浴用品沒有架子擺放，要開門伸手到台盆邊拿取（圖2） 3、空調還是老問題，不制熱，走到電梯口都比房間熱氣足。工程部這次火速派人來看了，答覆很奇葩。他告訴我，空調板上顯示的29度不是室內温度，那請問不是室內温度難道是室外温度？跟室內沒關係的還要每個房間都裝一塊？請工程部的人以後專業知識加強一點，不要把客人當**。 4、工程部的人自身素養要提高，修理空氣開關的時，穿着皮鞋直接踩在客人用的椅子上，房間裏椅子坐墊都是針織材料，臟了不能洗，這個道理難道不懂嗎？一個剛開張的酒店，員工這麼不愛惜公共財產，怎麼讓客人去愛惜。這樣的員工會愛公司嗎？ 5、連住4天，整個酒店給我的印象一直很差，直到我遇到了前台的何小姐，餐飲部的祝經理，我實在不忍心打差評。這次的好評是給這2位員工的。何小姐，對待大家的眾多投訴她沒有一點怨氣，一一想辦法幫大家解決。她能讓客人大怨氣變小怨氣，小怨氣變沒怨氣。她用個人魅力為酒店贏得了聲譽。祝經理業務能力強，把客人當自己的家人來對待。最後一天我要趕早班火車，無法用早餐，祝經理知道後，提早給我們打包好早餐讓我們帶在路上吃。因為走的早，各平台都預約不到車，跟祝經理吐槽了一下，第二天一大早他就開着自己的車從寢室趕過來，冒着大雨把我們送到火車站，給我們搬行李的時候衣服全部被打濕了。像這樣的管理員，是大家學習的楷模，對客人將心比心，讓我們時時體會到上帝的待遇。酒店高層應該多培養一些這樣的管理員，提高酒店的美譽度。衹要祝經理還在這家酒店，我會為他而來，再次入住。

I booked this hotel as soon as I got off the North Railway Station. I came to visit the hometown of Lu Xun. The breakfast was quite satisfactory and the room was clean. I heard from the front desk that there is a Stone Buddha Temple behind the hotel. The word ”leap” in it is said to be inscribed by Han Shizhong, a famous general of the Southern Song Dynasty. There is also a Yangshan Stone City nearby. The ninth episode of the follow-up episode of ”Journey to the West” was filmed in Yangshan Stone City. If you are interested, you can learn about it

We are a whole team to play in the nearby sports hall. We live here together. The bus parking is also very convenient. The staff is very active to help confirm the parking location. Besides, the room, the curtains are electric. The toilet is also electric. The room is spacious and clean. The floor is high and the scenery is good. It is separated from wet and dry. The shower head with a ceiling is also very large. The hot water supply is sufficient and the hygiene is guaranteed. The only fly in the ointment is that my room is under the restaurant.
