環境：我是在旁邊五中考研，所以住在這裏，大概15分鐘可以走到所以還是挺不錯的。離旁邊公交站也挺近的，但是到邵陽站一路都非常堵車。
設施：整個酒店的電梯太少了，衹有兩個，我住的時候人比較多，所以等電梯要等很久很久（大概近10分鐘），而且下面三四層是其他的店鋪，所以常常有賣家裝之類的的搬着大箱子走電梯。這個酒店的隔音效果普遍不是特別好，而且房門上面都有挺寬的一條縫隙（圖5）。下面這些圖片都是在我在最開始的房間拍的，這個房間比較大，但是旁邊人説話聽得一清二楚，而且淋浴間的地漏還堵了。
服務：所以搞得我晚上10點多還得換房，而且因為房源比較緊張，前台還扭扭捏捏不主動，換的房間也是比這個更小的雙人間。早餐是7:00-9:00，有面、炒粉、雞蛋、牛奶和餃子之類的，十樣左右吧，味道還算可以，不過不要抱太高的期望。
衞生：衞生個人覺得還是可以的，床單上的灰塵（就是空氣中的） 稍微多了點，然後酒店的空調很滿意，效果非常足。

酒店設施雖然整體陳舊，但管理規範，乾淨衞生，最主要的是周圍環境安靜，能睡安穩覺。淋浴出水足，床品也還行。特別推薦三層的中餐廳，菜品味道好。就是早餐青菜太少，衹有一種，而各種主食比較多，希望改進
