Good location and taking a room in the west wing will have a good view of the beautiful sunset. The onsen was generally very good.

The room is clean & very spacious. ..staff was also well polite,and attentive with quick response . Nice view . Point to note would be the bed - good if it is harder and not sunken in . Liked most was the onsen spa at level 1

Hotel with a view. We stayed in a traditional Japanese set up room. It is v spacious and comfortable. At night it turned into a futon bed. The facilities & hot spring onsen bath is amazing.

We are satisfied with the space and cleanliness of the room. Dinner and breakfast were good with varied choices. Happy ro recommend.

Location was not great as we need to ask for help at bus station to call hotel personnel to come and pick us. Staff was very helpful and facilities were good. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not to our expectation for the price they charged.

Both the hotel and room was spacious, it was a comfortable stay. We had a room overlooking the sea view. Breakfast was sumptuous with a huge spread and great variety. There is also free parking at the hotel 👍🏻

Very big hotel but the west wings furnishing and beds are quite dated. Carpets are also old and a bit worn out but buffet breakfast and dinner is quite good.

The shower in the bathroom is broken as there is no water coming out from the tap. I talked to the staff and were told they would check it out and reply to me as soon as possible. At the end of the day, I checked out with the tap still being unfixed, which means I have to clean myself with a small plastic wash basin found in the room for the entire stay duration. During checking out, the staff still gave me the response as before, that they were sorry about it and would send someone to check it out. For a hotel with such a high reputation, I do not think the services or amenities provided are up to par.

Great location with widespread of food during buffet times The taste of food is average Massage chairs are chargeable (100Yen for 10 minutes)

After a long drive, stayed two nights here. The facilities and onsen were great. But service and buffet food can be better. We also find no water bottle supplies in room. Surprising for a higher rated hotel.

Nice sunset view from hotel room located at the top . Clean room . Amenities available on the ground floor if u require . Nice onsen. Free parking available

Very big hotel with lots of local Japanese tourist. Onsen bath is big. We booked the corner room and it’s huge and comfortable. Unfortunately the air con system was turned off in November, so you can only have heat. Night skies were pretty in Hokkaido.
