Dear Sir/madam,
I was really disappointed with the hotel. And lets forget that the hotel is old and needs renovation, but the service itself is awful.
1.The room was dirty. Black hair on the floor and in the bathroom , one of the blankets was dirty . And again black hair in bed. Thanks god they changed the blanket quickly
2. A i asked for plug for the bathtub, because it was missing. Housekeeping promised to bring, no one came. For all my stay i had no chance to have a bath.
3. Also the tv remote controller was not working, i asked to bring new batteries… and again, nothing happened!
Second evening I called reception, asked someone to come and to fix that tv remote controller. Was waiting for 40 min, noone came. While going out I brought that controller to recep asking to fix it. When i came back after dinner the controller was in room , but nothing changed. On 30 min came a guy from hsk, tried to switch on tv…… hahaha, at the end he told me , that probably the batteries are old and he will bring the new ones… guess what.. i went to bed after midnight, no one came.
That’s an awful attitude to the guests. I really regret that I’ve chosen your hotel.
If my opinion will help you to fix the unprofessional behaviour of your staff, that would do.
