worse hotel i have seen in all of my life everything is old and bad smells

I stayed at this hotel in September. Overall everything is good. 95% of vacationers in this hotel are Russians. The rooms are large and clean, they are cleaned perfectly, linen is changed every other day, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, and 1.5 liters of water are supplied daily. The hotel has its own swimming pool and sandy beach. There are umbrellas, sun loungers and towels on the beach. The beach and pool open at 7 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. I didn’t like that when the beach opened, people ran and took seats, and then went to bed and had breakfast, while others didn’t have enough seats because of this. Breakfast is rather weak, but you won’t leave hungry, scrambled eggs begin to be fried from 7.30-8.00 a.m., despite the fact that breakfast start at 6.00. People say that lunch and dinner are good, but they were not included for me. Very reasonable prices and large portions if you order food from a restaurant a la carte. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so you need to take a taxi to the center (15 dirhams). The hotel also offers transfers to various shopping centers in Sharjah and to the Dubai, which is located via the metro line. I especially recommend getting to Dubai by ferry. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Several people at the reception understand Russian, but in general they do not know it. I recommend this hotel, especially in hot weather.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2023. I enjoyed stay in the hotel,guest relations service, room cleaning service,catering service was perfect, restaurant and food preparation at a high level. My 5 days stay was amazing period. Sea and beach side is clean with white sand. Our requests made very quickly. Thanks for Hotel team and wish them best of everything! If you are looking for a beach hotel/resort. This is the place. Great view, nice and friendly staff, they always greet you. Breakfast is good. Smart TV on your room. I just gave 4 because comfort room is not too big and having some trouble flushing the toilet. But overall, great experienced for my Family. Will recommend this to some of my friend.

Worst resort i have been too .. beach Staff is rude they can open your bags and break your privacy without any excuse so take care.. i complain to front office manager he said JUST OK.. with no action .. food have very poor quality.. room was so old with bad smell ... Bad experience .. not recommended at all Худший курорт, в котором я тоже был. I enjoyed my 6 days here, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff are attentive. I love the private beach and the pool the most. I would definitely visit this hotel again. Great location as well near to supermarkets. Thank you so much!!

Good afternoon. we are resting at the hotel, everything is fine, but we are faced with theft.... Money was stolen from the room. so be careful not to leave valuables in an unsafe place. Very unpleasant, as the hotel itself leaves a very good impression ........

We checked in 2am (late check in), we are requesting for a late out like 2pm!!! . They don’t want to consider. We said, okay. We understand the rule. BUT WHEN WE SAW THE ROOM, BELIEVE ME, IT IS WORST! DIRTY ROOM! DIRTY TOILET!!! SUPER DIRTY TOILET. We asked for a water, but they did not bring. IT IS UP TO YOU GUYS IF YOU WANT STAY HERE. Had a lovely break with my boys and their friends. Hotel corridor looked like a dormitory but rooms were very clean and staff very quick n helpful. The food at beach side restaurant was amazing. To our luck they had an offer on the bbq buffet dinner which the boys enjoyed throughly.
