I made a reservation to stay two nights July.29 ~30, 2022..
I did not come to this hotel. Because i had a urgent issue.
I want to have a chance to visit here next time.

I arrived at the hotel that night. After checking in, I found that there were obvious signs of use on the bedsheets and pillowcases. I couldn't live with it. The bedsheets and quilts were replaced. The bathroom was also tattered and dirty. The facilities were in dilapidated condition. If you don't want to stay here, don't stay here. Live here!

Excellent hotel, heart of the city. Beautiful room with very nice view. Staff member are very helpful specially Hamza Julius and Kasim from night Belldesk. Very recommended hotel. Have great fun for family.

The worst hotel we’ve stayed at, the reception staff need training on how to speak to people. The rooms were not clean, this is NOT a 4* hotel more like 2*. The bathroom was awful. They give 2 bottles of water any extra you have to pay for, also 2 towels. The pictures dont look nothing like the hotel! We requested a cot and there was a whole and it was dirty. The hotel manager needs to be fired! She’s absolutely rubbish!!!!

The worst experience in my all life👎 with this hotel , let’s start from the front office “receptionist very very rude i think he need to study how to be a good receptionist before working in this field “ The room is not like the picture at all the pictures all fake 👎

Property is very old.
House keeping is poor. They don't want to give enough towels even after asking.

the suite was very big but the conditions of the baths are very poor!! and the maintenance are also poor.
beside it is too fare from the city and each ride with a taxi to Dubai they charge you extra fee (crossing virtual border fee) not recommend
