My family and I, 2 adults and 1 14 year old typical teenage son! have just returned from a 7 day stay All Inclusive holiday @ The Sharm Holiday resort. Due to the completely ridiculous negative reviews left, I panicked and emailed the manager to upgrade our room to which he did respond and arrange. Upon our arrival @ 9pm we were welcomed like royalty. Reception staff were helpful and kind and could not do enough for us, We were escorted to our upgraded room 953 superior double bed plus sofa bed for our son. The room smelled amazing fresh and clean. Our beds were spacious firm and comfortable. Our view from our balcony was overlooking the quiet pool area, totally amazing you get the sun 1st thing in the morning. Rooms are silent, I never heard any noise from any other guests. I can strongly recommend any rooms on that side. Housekeeping was incredible, our floor and room, everyday we had clean bed linen, floors cleaned and disinfected. The bathroom was functional, just remember to bin your tissue don't flush it. Pool areas are all maintained by hard working staff, and are again kept extremely clean . Pool water slides are up and running twice daily. The entertainment team work hard to keep everyone entertained. However we preferred the free bus to Habada beach most days, just because we are beach people. Habada beach has its own Sharm Holiday resort area, free bus drops you by fashia amazing historic artifacts whilst you walk down several flights of stairs, views are spectacular food and drink is extra cost but not expensive! Water sports are also at a good price, and I had an amazing Massage from the female masseuse I definitely recommend!! Food. Again IGNORE all negative reviews. Yes some things you look at under the silver lids and think, God what is that? But TASTE IT !! I had brown rice with sultana a green bean vegetable stew with a delicious spicy kick! They also have, Fresh fish in a cream sauce, hot dogs with onions. This hotel Always provides fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, sauces, freshly cooked donuts, eggs anyway you want. I have no complaints, I ate well and never became unwell once during my stay. Only 1 bit of advice I would give to this hotel, invest in some new baby high chairs. Not that we needed them, but I noticed they were a bit tired, and would look more pleasing to customers if replaced. Drinks! Mohammed on the top bar ! Makes a great gin and fresh lemonade. No wine, but you can purchase it. Beer drinkers may prefer the Heineken beer again it is at a small extra cost. Stella is free but it's not like UK Stella, I liked it, but the other half prefers a stronger beer. The main town is walking distance, and can be quite loud but fun! Go to the fixed price shops and not get hassled to buy. To round it off! I had the best time in Sharm , thanks to all the lovely staff at Sharm Holiday resort, I didn't want to go home. I will 100% be returning to this hotel, as for the price paid it
