Jewel Sharm El Sheikh Hotel

The hotel itself needs a little refurbishment, but it’s not too bad but I think the biggest problem with it is the Internet just does not work. You just cannot get online the breakfast as well. He’s pretty basic. The problem is they leave the doors open and the flies come in while you’re trying to eat so you feel like you’re being attacked. Location is good. It’s at the end of the bay little bit of a walk from the main ***** with all the shops and restaurants, but only like 10 minutes nothing major, but I think this hotel could be really good but they definitely need to improve the Internet desperately I was gonna be here for a while, but I’m checking outbecause I cannot work with no Internet, but the view from the room over the bay is beautiful little noisy at night with a disco going on next door but that stops around 11:30 overall I won’t stay again because of the Internet if that improved I probably would

The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The animation team was amazing — full of energy and always made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Jewel Sharm for a great holiday!

We were meant to be staying here, however the hotel cancelled our reservation less than six hours before our arrival, the reason was the had “sewage issues” however we walked down to the hotel a day later and none of the staff could recall this issue. So be warned, they are very untrustworthy. Yes we did get refunded the money and yes it did look like a great hotel, but sadly I had to been something else last minute with limited availability and it was sub par which ruined our stay at Sharm el Sheik !!

Wonderful location looking over Naama bay and the Red Sea. Right next to dive boat pontoon, Shower brilliant, beds very comfortable Really good mix for breakfast including freshing cooked omlets. Staff really nice, very helpful and accommodating
