Nice hotel to stay with kids. We are satisfied with the stay and enjoyed our holiday. Just the AC in the room is too noisy. Because it is old system. We couldn’t sleep at night because of noise. If we turn it off, then it is so hot in the room

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. Our experience at Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made our holiday unforgettable. Special thanks to Islamm and Al Hassan, the lifeguards who were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable by the pool. A big shout-out as well to Mohamed at the coffee stall (adult side) — always smiling and serving the best coffee with genuine warmth. We also want to thank Ahmed Aboelhassan from the adult side team — a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. The reception staff were equally fantastic — polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. When my wife unfortunately became unwell with some sensitivense to her suffering from gastrointestinal, Dr. Mohammed was prompt, caring, and professional — we’re really grateful for the excellent medical attention she received. Our room cleaner, Shady, deserves a special mention too — such a sweet, hardworking, and polite man who kept our room spotless every day. Lastly, Ayad was wonderful and made our experience even smoother with his helpfulness and kindness. Overall, every staff member we met made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of positive energy. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience! 🌴✨

Rooms are not clean. We had to ask the cleaning crew to come twice and clean the suite before right when we arrived. Rugs were dirty, sofa and chairs had stains on them. Bathrooms needed cleaning.
