Great stay in this incredible hotel! We spent 10 days there for the New Year holidays and there is nothing to complain about, everything was exceptional! The food is incredible, the location of the hotel, the establishment was just top with a beautiful beach. The staff is very helpful and smiling. A special mention for the animation team which is just incredible and very professional! They love what they do and it shows. The activities offered are very varied and the evenings as well. I wanted to specially thank Brown and Yana who made our vacation an incredible stay 🤍 A big thank you to everyone for this Time! THANK YOU ROTANA WE WILL COME BACK VERY SOON !

If you want the best of everything then this is the place, there is everything you could wish for and nothing is too much trouble for the amazing friendly staff. I felt like royalty the way looked after myself and my friend Gill. The main hotel restaurant manager Ibrahim was amazing he really did wait on us hand and foot as did all the staff. Hamzah who greeted everyone as they entered the restaurant was lovely beautiful inside and . The rooms were amazing and spotlessly clean with great views of Shark bay. There was so much to do you’d never be bored everything from parasailing to foam parties and the entertainment was fabulous we couldn’t ask for more. If you have a disability they have everything including golf buggies to take you anywhere in the hotel no need to tramp upstairs there are escalators and lifts There are also shops in the hotel and a hairdressers also most importantly a Doctor on site The swimming pools are huge within a swim up bar in the main which we enjoyed and the entertainment staff keep you happy all day. There are plenty of different bars including Asian and Italian and numerous bars, you’ll never be bored. I was so impressed that I’m going back this year! It’s very close to the airport, and Soho square which is also fantastic if you like shopping and eating out Barbara millington

A great place for couples/singles. There are few slides (one into the pool), so there are not many children. Fantastic service and animations! Very nice service. No need to wear wristbands with information about all inclusive. Very good cuisine and a wide selection of meals. All inclusive alacarte restaurants also available.

From the moment you walk into the hotel the service you receive from the hotel staff is spot on. All team members seem to have the same focus, to make sure your stay is full of happy memories and a truly relaxing experience. Particular appreciation to Samir the young gentleman that cleaned our room everyday, leaving it spotless and to the highest of standards. (room 7012) Plus the restaurant manager who always had time to check in with us to make sure everything was ok. Lastly it's alway the the team members that we don't see yet work incredibly hard to make sure everything is perfect. Ahemed Ramadan who kept the restaurant floor spotless.

We were on holiday with our family and it was a wonderful holiday. played volleyball, squid games like in the movie, gladiators were very interesting. There are also interesting games for children. The mini club is very clean and the children's animator is very kind. very attentive workers, thank you for the comfort. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel!

Rotana hotel is very nice😍 We lived on the first line and had such a gorgeous view. We hung out every evening with live music and my little sister was always in the children's club. We could entrust her to the kids animator, good girl. thanks for her work. The mini club is clean, there are toys to draw, and so on. Therefore our holiday became brighter. At night we went to a disco with animators. Such cool guys, funny. I think it was a very cool vacation with cool people.

Very well designed beautiful hotel in very unprofessional and careless hands. Reception staff has no willing to help. I went there 4 times just trying to have late checkout. Food selection is far below expectations for a 5 star hotel and waiters never do what you want from first attempt (unless you are Arab guy who shout at them immediately). My wife was at Kids club and said that it’s very dirty and only one person is available for bunch of kids. Only good thing is underwater world which is somehow compensated overall experience of staying in this hotel. Reef is beautiful and rich for colorful fish. Also noticed that gardeners are doing their job very well. Plenty of trees and flowers within hotel territory P.S. I saw for the first time drunk young Arab people. Not a pleasant behavior especially considering that it was Eid time after Ramadan

Grand Rotana Resort & Spa is really amazing hotel and very nice 😍 There's a lot of parties and amazing shows The food there is very good and delicious 🤤 And clean room and so comfortable we really loved it and enjoyed so much iam sure we will go again

Loved this hotel, everyone was so friendly. Room was spacious with an amazing view of the Red Sea, the gardens and pool were immaculate. Food was good, and we were even sent an anniversary cake to our room to celebrate. So good we are coming back and taking our 2 adult Daughters with us in Aug/Sept so see you then can't wait.
