This is a little late, but this is just what the doctor ordered!! A relaxing holiday in the sun, where the hotel was amazing for what we wanted. And also a return after our honeymoon 11 years ago Want to put 4.5 because my only concern area was food was bland to my personal taste, however did not go hungry and always something to eat. I didn’t go much on ala cartes, I did however like Italian but this my option not everyone’s is the same. We had a renovated room, was lovely the room had been modernised, nice walk in shower, nice bathroom in total, I found bed was comfy and this is unusual for me to be able to sleep while away. They are spacious enough for two people. Plenty of wardrobe space. Cleaner kept it clean, he was also accommodating. We used the laundry service this was really good, very reasonable in price as well. Everything was back within 24 hrs. Pool we used was outstanding our pool man Mahmoud Metwally could not do enough for us, we tipped him daily through choice around £1.50 a day, paid this in EGP soo around 200 EGP a day, he also kept the pool extremely clean, and ensured people using the pool followed the rules, got our drinks, gave some good advice for when we went out of hotel also. Can’t wait to see him again when we return in March. Have to mention the pharmacy because the man in here was really helpful, hubby had Delhi belly, he had use pills I took, there not good in places like Egypt. Pharmacy recommend tablets to use he took them and all cleared up quick. Not expensive either. On a note of hygiene we meet two female hygiene Dr of the hotel whilst walk back from breakfast they were lovely, speaking about what hotel does to reduce infection in hotel etc, I found this really comforting to know they take it seriously. We used the spa for massage, yes this is extra but we enjoy this when on holiday, Nada Mohamed was the lady who gave me my massage and she was attentive, respectful and good really good at her job. You can get taxis in to Narma Bay for around £10 return, they drop you off at Sharm Disney and you go back here to be picked up. I felt really safe with these people, the drivers also gave really good advice to ensure we stayed safe and so we wouldn’t get ripped off in town. In Narma Bay I did feel safe, yes the want to get you to buy, if you don’t want then just say no thanks etc and move on they accept it. We lived for the grandkids fake tracksuits etc for Christmas and there good quality. All hotel staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I have to mention the young lad by the main front door his friendly morning welcome was infectious I will only use Red Sea holidays when travelling to Egypt. See you all in march
