Had a great weeks break. Temperature just right at 30 / 32 degrees though the day around 26 degrees at night. Always a great choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and im quite a picky eater. Eslam is a waiter that will always make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meals. All staff are hard working and very helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday. And a good choice of pillows on the bed. When you tip the waiters please give them notes they can't change coins i took american dollars 1,s and 5,s. Gardens are so well looked after. If you have to book a late room do it through your rep its cheaper than at the main desk.

Was a brilliant holiday best we ever been on, food was spot on, staff were brilliant especially the pool bar waiter Mina he was amazing at his job. Everything spot on only improvements would be snack bars as sandwiches in the evening aren’t great. Panini snack bar was good for mid day.

This holiday far exceeded our expectations! We were not aware there was building work going on before we booked, but it didn't interfere with anything as its away from the main areas. The staff go above and beyond what is expected...Eslam Elsayed our waiter, Hamada Farouk overseeing the restaurant, the "Three Amigo's" Ashraf, Ahmed and Omar in the Terrace Bar and Refiy at the Pool Bar to name but a few. With the hotel only 1/4 full we really did have personal service and were made to feel special and really important to them. There was no need to reserve beds by the pool or on the beach! The entertainment team work tirelessly providing everything from darts to professional shows...which were amazing as were their costumes. Max must be mentioned for his efforts in persuading us to leave our sunbeds to play darts! Every day he had several darts players as well as table tennis enthusiasts..he was never pushy and if you said no he accepted it with a smile. Our room in block 19b was cleaned, bed linen and towels changed every day. Bottles of water were left each day too. The pool, bar and restaurant areas were very clean as were all the lounges. We were so very lucky to have chosen this gem and will remember our holiday for a very long time.

I agree with the recent great reviews by guests who were at the hotel the same or similar time to me as they cover it well. The food is fine and varied, the drinks are also good for an AI package, (including ok red wine) the main pool and gardens are great. The coral reef and its marine life is fantastic; so much to see just snorkeling around it. However it is THE STAFF that really do make this place a pleasure to stay at. YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL. Hi to Eslam and "Mohammeds" :) at the restaurant, Rifay and Phelo at the pool bar, Ahmed, Ashraf and Omar at the terrace bar, Victor, Rym, Max and all the lovely entertainment crew. Thank you to you all for your friendliness and kindness.

We came here for a break away from our children for a week and we are glad we did. Mina from beach bar went above and beyond and made the best cocktails. Mo also looked after us on the few occasions we seen him. We really built a bond with Mina during our short stay and will really miss him he is such a friendly, happy, lovely person all around. Rfay from pool bar always looked after us too. And the lifeguard at the end of the Jetty was just an amazing person too. We will definetly be back at some point hopefully with our children next time. Keep up the good work guys.

Great holiday with family . Lovely grounds and only a 10 min drive from Airport. All the staff work very hard . The Animation team were great In the day . Big thank you to Max for keeping my teenage lads entertained with table tennis . Bar service around the pool was very good as well .Evening entertainment was great and the dancers were superb . Lovely setting in the evening .

I visited this hotel a couple of months ago and honestly it was amazing. The staff can’t do enough that’s what make this hotel what it is. Mina at the bar is always attentive to our drinks and we have another one there for us when we finish. The entertainment at this hotel is great. The shows in the eavning are amazing from the the acrobat to the dancers they always put on a great show. In the day there is loads of things to do such as Boccia with rym, darts and table tennis with max. Slim the chief animation has a very good team with him and will definitely be returning!

We just visited for the second time. We never usually go to the same place twice, but for this hotel, we made the exception. The resort is just beautiful and the staff are the friendliest and most welcoming we have ever experienced on holiday. The Entertainment team, Max, Rym, Slim & Victor, work tirelessly to make sure everyone has the best time. They remembered us from our previous stay and honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The food is amazing. Different every night and also had several stations cooking to order. We had the best time and we’ve already booked to come back in June. Can’t wait!

Magic World Hotel, Sharm el Sheikh Beautiful hotel, great food and incredible staff! With special thanks to these staff members who made our holiday memorable. Abanoub - Outdoor dining (smoking area). Made us laugh every day without fail. Mina - Beach Bar. For his cheerful/happy attitude. Abdel Ghany - Lifeguard. Always made an effort to acknowledge us and has the most contagious smile. Ahmed Khalaf - Terrace Bar. Attentive service with a positive and good nature. Always asked if we had a good day and made sure we had drinks throughout the evening. Also like to mention Hamza from the Dive Centre who made us smile every day. Always ready to answer any questions regarding the local area. The staff are a credit to this company and we found all above mentioned were extremely hard working and attentive.
