The buffet was truly delicious, with a great variety of options and prompt restocking. The taste exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The pool was fantastic, with clean water and a comfortable surrounding environment. It was incredibly relaxing, whether swimming or just lounging by the poolside. Overall, it was a truly relaxing vacation experience.

We stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The Restaurant Manager and the chef were both excellent, and the Asian food was a real highlight. They have chefs from Indonesia and China, and you can really taste the effort they put into creating great dishes with the ingredients available. Sunrise Court was also impressive — the restaurant manager and all the waitresses were consistently friendly, warm, and attentive. I’d also like to mention the lady from Customer Relations — her name sounded like Menna (apologies if I’ve spelled it incorrectly). She is local and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially on our departure day. Her support made everything much smoother. Overall, this is a very good hotel with great service, lovely staff, and food that exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend it.

You can book it with your eyes closed. We stayed during peak season in April, and it was almost fully booked. All the rooms are private villas, offering great privacy. The restaurant serves freshly cooked and grilled food at all times, and the staff are impressively fast to handle the high volume of guests. The buffet was genuinely delicious — definitely above average by Egypt standards. If you’re into diving, you don’t even need to take a boat out. Right on the hotel’s beach, there’s a free coral reserve where you can see coral, jellyfish, tons of colorful fish, and even huge schools of fish swirling around you. The hotel also has its own diving center for deep dives. There’s a small water park right outside the villa rooms, and all the hotel bars serve drinks 24/7. As Asian travelers, we didn’t experience any discrimination — not overly warm service, but definitely respectful and neutral. There’s also an infinity pool on the cliffside that’s perfect for photos, and the resort has its own shopping street.

Airport Transfer Fraud & Negligent Handling Failure to Respond to Pre-Arrival Communications Upon arrival, an individual falsely claiming to be your "authorized driver" coerced me into paying USD 50 2. Fraudulent Charges by Water Sports Department Breach of "All-Inclusive" VIP Boat Tour Agreement The pre-booked VIP boat tour EUR 800 “All Inclusive” However, upon disembarking, your team demanded an additional EUR400 for onboard photos, threatening to withhold our belongings unless paid. Predatory Pricing The photo fee (equivalent to 50% of the boat tour cost) constitutes exploitative pricing under Egyptian consumer protection laws. 3. Unacceptable Room Conditions & Facility Mismanagement Room Assignment Failure My reserved Twin Bed Room was switched to a King Bed Room without prior notice or consent. Hygiene and Maintenance Negligence Day 1: Missing basic toiletries despite repeated requests. Day 2: The replacement room had broken plumbing: the shower alternated scalding hot and freezing cold water, resulting in respiratory illness (medical report attached as Exhibit 5). Unlawful Pool Access Restriction Staff forcibly prohibited me from using the pool during posted operating hours, refusing to provide written policy documentation. 4. Breach of Commitment to Accountability Duty Manager verbally pledged a "written resolution" As of today, no response has been received.

Beautiful vacation

One of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh in all respects, including the price. The reef is just the bomb!!!

The hotel is quite large and has a nice environment. It even has a dive shop, so we went diving right there at the hotel. However, I had heard beforehand that some staff members were racially discriminatory, and that's true. But most of the staff were very nice. The swimsuits and diving equipment sold at the hotel are a rip-off; it's best to bring your own.

My room was upgraded for free, which was lucky; it became a family room. The room was cleaned daily, and they were very generous with water and toiletries. The only downside was that room service was a bit slow. The advantage of an all-inclusive hotel is that food and drinks are unlimited. The hotel also has quite a few entertainment facilities, making it a great place for vacationers to enjoy themselves.

The infinity pool view is absolutely stunning. You could lie there and relax all day! The service was also good; there was no pressure to tip. The buffet was surprisingly delicious, with several dishes each day that were particularly suited to Asian palates, and most importantly, very cooling. I would definitely come again!

The resort is large and beautiful, with a Sichuan chef who cooks Chinese food and the staff are very friendly.

It's so nice to dive, eat, sleep and rest.

The hotel has a lot of entertainment facilities, but the rooms are not very new. It is said to open in 2023, but the decoration is quite old. Some floors feel like they are about to crack when you step on them. It is not cost-effective. The hotel has Chinese food, which tastes quite good.

The hotel scenery was stunning, the sea was beautiful, and the meal and drinks were all-inclusive, so we could eat and drink to our hearts' content. The hotel staff were also very welcoming. Unfortunately, due to family reasons, we couldn't do many of the activities, but we would love to come back again in the future.

Let's start with the property. Consider that it's a Valtur hotel, so it's suitable for an Italian traveler. The food is excellent at all the available restaurants, one even has an Italian chef, and it's right on the beach with a coral reef that's as good as an excursion. The service is excellent. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Naama Bay is a little out of the way, accessible by taxi or Uber for three to five euros. Lastly, the beach is very large compared to many other resorts, so there's no need to rush to get sun loungers.
