Not bad hood service but old furniture

Kind and helpful staff, drinking water provided in the room, almost everything was perfect - the food was good as well, and the golfcarts was extremely useful to avoid walking in the huge complex. The only downside was the massage staff who tried to get clients every day - but in Egypt that is the lifestyle.

I stayed in the sports area; the room was new, the buildings were spaced far apart, and the garden was beautiful. The sports area was quiet with no activities or music. The large resort was kept spotless and tidy. The staff were professional, polite, and friendly, making for a great stay. I chose the breakfast package, which included fresh juice, a wide selection of breads and pastries, and plenty of dairy products—all of good quality and worth the price. The performances were diverse, and the young people were very responsible, engaged, and enthusiastic, helping guests have a wonderful holiday—highly recommended. The resort is large, so providing such attentive service is not easy.

During the last 10 years I stayed many times in this hotel and it really feels like a second home to me. The kindness and excellent services of the people makes it for me the perfect place to be. The hotel has a beautiful beach with calm places to read and rest, but also an area with great entertainment during the day and in the evening. If you don’t want to walk because you are too tired of laying the whole day in the sun at the beach, just doing nothing, well then the small electric cars are there to bring you to your room. The rooms are nice and clean with good beds. I always book a room on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast in the small and calm “late breakfast area” provides good and nicely presented food. For dinner I mainly go the Italian restaurant Zigolini and eat “à la carte”: super delicious food !!!! The Lebanese Beach restaurant is also nice. I am going back of course!

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel — it truly felt like a home away from home. What made it really special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. A big thank you to the bartender — you were incredible! Not only did you make great drinks, but you also created such a fun and friendly atmosphere. And of course, the animation team deserves a special mention. You brought so much energy, joy, and fun to every day! From activities to entertainment, you made sure everyone was smiling and having a great time. Honestly, it’s the people here who make this place unforgettable. I’m leaving with the best memories and would love to come back again

We had an amazing stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Everything was clean and well organized. A special thanks to Shams – he is such kind, positive, and helpful person. Always smiling and ready to help. He really made our stay more enjoyable. Staff like him make this hotel special.

We stayed at Maritim Jolie Ville Sharm El Sheikh and had a good holiday overall. Territory: The hotel area is very clean, green and well maintained. It looks beautiful and relaxing. Room: The room was big, clean and recently renovated, but the bathroom needs renovation. If you stay in the Palm Area, be careful — there is loud music at night from the disco behind the wall. Service: The reception team is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff work hard but are too few, so sometimes you need to wait for clean tables or for food to be replaced. The bar service is ok, but cocktails are simple, just mixed liquids without fruits. Non-alcoholic drinks are Cola, 7Up, Mirinda and juice, and alcohol is local. Beach: The beach is amazing — soft sand and easy to go into the water. You can see many fish near the small corals. Pool: The pool is medium size with 3 slides, nice for kids and adults. Animation: Animation is average, they could make more fun activities in the evening. Overall: A nice and clean resort with a great beach and friendly people. If they improve the food service, bar drinks, and animation, it could be a real 5-star place

Stayed in the hotel with a friend in April. This was our fifth visit and definitely not the last. We are usually staying in a preferred renovated part of the hotel, as rooms here are new, comfortable and close to the sea. Thanks to reception team for early check-in and accommodation according to our preferences. Hotel is located in Naama center and has very beautiful, clean, well-groomed and green area. From visit to visit it is getting better, every time I notice some small, but visible changes. Food is great as usual. My compliment to Chef. This time I noticed that meat and fish dishes range is even wider than previously. Restaurant staff is always nice and supportive. Red Sea is beautiful. There is perfect large beach with comfortable entrance to the sea and small fenced coral area where snorkeling fans can see different fishes. Recently they renovated umbrellas, so now it is more comfortable. Beach guys are always nice and helpful. Animation - most of the team is unchanged and I was happy to see them again. There are many day activities for everybody - stretching, yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball, bocce, dancing, foam party twice per week. This time they also added Pink party and flyboard. Evening shows Mr. and Miss hotel, the best couple, white party, different dancing shows and live singers, very professional Michael Jackson show by Tiko. This time there was also great fire show. Boys Tiko, Flash and Ahmet thanks for your energy, smiles and good mood. Girls Yulya and Katya you are the best and always in my heart, miss you My special thanks to our guide Karim, who can resolve any problem. He is very professional, caring and just nice to talk Thanks to all management team for great work and creating atmosphere of relax and happiness. Love you Maritim and see you soon ❤

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The staff were always helpful and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every day. The food was delicious and the service excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Ayman at the reception for his kindness and professionalism. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! ! and the location is perfect right beside cafés and shopping, everything you need is so easy to reach.

Very Bad hotel, old furnitures, bad management and rude reception personals they are in sum scam . I strongly recommend not to even think about staying there, definitly you will ruin your vacations .
