Don't book this hotel. It's a scam. I was really misled by the reviews on Ctrip. Many people have been treated unfairly in this hotel. We were really treated like a devil in this hotel. We almost died. Here's what happened. My husband had a bad acclimatization in Egypt. He kept vomiting and having diarrhea. Later, he developed pain in his right abdomen. The pain was unbearable. We decided to go to the hospital. We were waiting for our own car at the hotel entrance. The hotel staff said we could go to their medical clinic (this is a pitfall). We trusted them very much and thought we would go to the medical clinic first while waiting for the car. The medical clinic couldn't solve our needs at all. Then they asked us if we had insurance and arranged for the hospital's car to pick us up (it was later confirmed that this hotel had a financial relationship with the hospital. Other patients who came to see us were arguing). While we were waiting for their so-called hospital, our own car came. We suggested that we go there by ourselves. They were anxious because they were afraid that we would go to another hospital by ourselves because we wanted to go to a regular international hospital. We didn't object to the hospital they gave me (later I thought they reacted so strongly and even quarreled and didn't let us get on our own car because they were afraid that we would get away with a big fish). Because we were really uncomfortable and wanted to go to the hospital quickly, they cursed. The only doctor in the hotel's medical room followed us and confirmed that we went to the hospital they designated for treatment. Then he left and started to treat us like monkeys. After a series of operations, he said that it was acute appendicitis and that we needed surgery immediately, otherwise we would bear the consequences. We thought that even if appendicitis was painful, we had to go back to China for surgery. And at that time, I had doubted them. They didn't give us treatment. The prices for ultrasound and CT scans were sky-high (I'll show you the price list later. A small CT scan cost about RMB 3,000. The saline solution bag had 3.5 written on it, and they sold it to us for 120 US dollars). I thought that even if we wanted to have surgery, we had to go to the international hospital we wanted to go to, which was more formal and reliable. As it turned out, the international hospital we wanted to go to was just opposite this small hospital. We could see it clearly. I understand why we had to go to the hotel's designated hospital even after a quarrel. There must be something fishy. Why did they start to scare us about our condition step by step when we arrived at the hospital, and create panic by saying it was an appendicitis problem. Because removing the appendix is ​​not harmful to the body, and it is an operation, they can rip us off again! After we refused, we asked for an anti-inflammatory drug. My husband felt much better immediately. We returned to China the next day and went to China to check for appendicitis. What shocked us was that my husband's appendix had no inflammation at all. The domestic doctor said that if it was really acute appendicitis, there must be some inflammation, but there was no inflammation visible to the naked eye. Looking back, this series of operations was a trap! Ctrip has not responded to us so far and said that it cannot confirm the facts, process, photos, and results. I have them all. Ctrip has done nothing and lied with open eyes, encouraging this kind of fraudulent hotel to still be on the Ctrip page and deceive more Chinese people! Do you have a conscience? Can't confirm? At that time, we told you Ctrip every step of our communication. Don't you know? This is the first time I am disappointed with Ctrip! Please avoid this hotel and Ctrip! I am still a black diamond customer and I don't know how much I spend a year! Is this how you deceive customers? It's so disappointing!

The property confirmed the reviews read. The room type was confirmed as per the order. Upon arrival, ask for a map and have the restaurants and bars explained to you. Warning: there is not a classic bar/restaurant point to grab something to eat on the fly at midday but you always have to pay the full amount, if not already included in the package. Otherwise renovated, clean both in the rooms and outside. I would go back. The only strong black air conditioning was very noisy. You always need a taxi to move outside.

The room is relatively clean and has good lighting. There is a swimming pool outside the room (shared by three families) which is great. Employees in the swimming pool pump out part of the water and clean and filter it every night. Although some facilities are a bit old, it can be seen that the staff are cleaning and cleaning very seriously. The only criticism is that the sheets and quilts in the room are slightly stained (we brought disposable sheets and it didn't have much impact). The location arranged by the hotel is great. You can go to the beach and play in less than a minute's walk. There are many big fish in the shallow water. There is a dedicated area for snorkeling and the underwater scenery is available. The staff has a strong sense of service and the hotel has a very good price/performance ratio!
