Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort

We arrived late in the evening and our welcome was wonderful. The staff were freindly and playful with the 3 tired but excited children. He helped us to our room with our luggage and informed us of the late dinner that was available to us down at the beach bar. We were extremely tired from travelling all day, so decided to settle into our room and get some sleep. The resort and its amenities are fabulous, we were in one of the blue rooms, (2358) with a sea view and double balcony. The room was beautiful with panormic views of the sea, beach, mountains and the resorts main swimming pool. I would highly recommend these rooms, they make the experience incredible! We were in room 2358, our house man was Mohammed Ashraf, he made our room beautiful every single day, it was always immaculate and smelt clean too. He made wonderful characters from the towels and laid fresh flowers too. I have been a housekeeper in hotels, here in the UK and I know how hard it can be, but to work the long hours they do, the size of the rooms and in 38° heat is absolutely commendable!! You could not fault how clean it was. Mohammed Ashraf is a credit to Sea Beach Aqua Park resort, he was not only professional but so kind to speak to also, thank you again! Food!...We decided the Panorama restaurant was our favourite and had our breakfast, lunch & dinner here every day. All of the "bus boys" were freindly and helpful. They would be playful with the kids and make things for them from napkins, or give balloons. We made a friend with one in particular, his name is Ahmed Murai. He was beyond helpful, polite, freindly, respectful and again, an absolute credit to the resort! The staff on the entire site, from gardeners, to housekeeping, the cleaners around the hotel, the chefs, the life guards were all absolutely fantastic!! Even the guys who worked in the Beach Market, so friendly and kind and the little souvenirs they have are brilliant! We cannot fault any of our stay at all. We thoroughly enjoyed it, we look forward to returning again soon. Thank you

The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. We witnessed how quickly they acted when a child got into difficulties. We felt welcome and safe and the children adored them.

Although our room refrigerator was not working on arrival, it was swiftly replaced. Our room service provider, Mohamed Ashraf was truly great. Always greeted us with a friendly smile and cleaned the room perfectly, leaving water and restocking the room. He made beautiful arrangements with the towels, which brightened our days and made us laugh. A credit to your hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was really nice. The only let down was that we was constantly getting harassed by people trying to sell you trips. Other then that I would recommend

I absolutely love this place. Returning for the 4th time and sure I'll return. Beautifully clean and a lot has changed there's a new pool near reception a new lobby area and they are still changing constantly. The staff are what make this hotel even better and work extremely hard. I feel safe and happy here being a solo traveller. Nothing is too much trouble. I'll add pictures as well as too many names. (Thank you all for making my trip) from bar, restaurants and housekeeping even the retail team inside the hotel so helpful. Absolutely loved the energy from the animation team. Memo is a ball of energy who keeps everyone happy. Lucifer is extremely friendly and interactive. Moody is helpful and smiley. The ladies are lovely too keep up the good work. The photography team is good too. I heard a lot of complaints about the food when talking to other guests, but I never went hungry. But understand we all have different opinions. Come being a guest go home feeling a family member.
