What keeps us coming back is the incredible staff. Everyone is so kind, friendly, generous, and genuinely welcoming. The food is excellent, the facilities are high quality, and any issue is handled immediately and professionally. A special thank you to the amazing lifeguards—Mahmoud, Ramadan, Mohamed, and Ahmad—and to the wonderful beach staff, Abanoub, Kirolous (both of them!), as well as Romani and Attia from Tirana. You all made our stay truly memorable!

Staying at the Savoy was a positive experience. The hotel is located inside SOHO Square, so you are steps away from shopping once you leave the premises. The beach and greenery are well-kept, and the swimming pool is massive. While the rooms are spacious, be aware that you might spot a gecko inside, given the lush surroundings. Despite that, the diverse breakfast and the safe environment make it a place I’d like to visit again.

Stunning views, a huge terrace for relaxation and comfort, and a varied breakfast. I've wanted to stay at this hotel for a long time, precisely because of the reviews.

Beautiful large hotel, nice size roome.

Although the Savoy is a five star experience , the hotel food was average . House keeping woke us up twice for non important matters . The beach could be better served with proper sand instead of mixed sand and pebbles and coral reefs immediately on shore . It’s good for divers and snorklers but not swimmers . We ended up by the pool . Bar and staff are good . Restaurant hotels didn’t take us in at ten PM even though last order was 10.30 . On the whole it’s an Ok break but not exceptional .

It was good, however we didn’t get the room we paid for we had to ask to move

The hotel is quite old. However, the rooms are very remote and located far from everything, plus the signage is very poor. It seems some guests have the privilege of using a golf cart to get around. It's a shame everyone isn't treated equally. Special mention goes to the breakfast team, who are very welcoming, as well as the lifeguard team (especially Adel, the housekeeper). The fact that they speak French (the lifeguards) is a real plus. They are the ones who truly made our stay more enjoyable.

The surrounding environment was in good condition, and the accommodation experience was quite good; however, the WiFi connection quality was not particularly good.

When we came for dinner on the first night, it was very nice and we were given free freshly squeezed juice. When we came on the second night, we encountered this employee. This employee was very rude. When we came to the restaurant and just sat down, he immediately asked for our room card to print the bill and asked us to sign to confirm the bill. This is very rude. When we asked about the juice, the employee said "juice and food are charge". He did not specify that the juice would be charged separately. And the juice we were given was not freshly squeezed. When I asked him about the juice, he said "I told you" in a very unfriendly and rude tone without a smile. It was an ordering tone. I don't like this. When he asked me to sign to confirm the bill, he kept asking me to write my "family name". I wrote my "family name" in Chinese. Later, he asked me to write it in English in a very fierce way. The whole wonderful trip of the hotel was ruined by him. Very angry. Originally, we had three days of itinerary in Sharm. But we will not choose this hotel again.

We all like this place so much. This is a perfect vacation trip. The hotel is in SOHO Plaza. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel environment is beautiful, the management is very good, it is safe, and the service staff is very friendly. We leave for the airport at two o'clock. We delayed check-out until two o'clock and used the hotel's taxi service, which was very convenient and fast. There are many guests in the hotel, but they are happy, not noisy, and can rest quietly. My favorite thing is to lie on the beach chair and bask in the sun. You can see beautiful corals and various beautiful fish without snorkeling at the beach. The breakfast was rich and delicious. If you have the opportunity to come to Sharm El Sheikh again, you will definitely choose to stay at the Savoy Sharm El Sheikh Hotel!
