Great hotel to stay at with very friendly and welcoming staff with many variety of restaurants with different cuisines, outside pool/bar and private beach area, market and shops at the restaurant and many other activities. Locations is far from everything and need to walk atleast 10-20mins to find nearest shop outside, taxi is needed from further places.

This is the only all-inclusive hotel among the three hotels I stayed in, and it is also the hotel with the worst experience. I don’t know if so many people on a certain red book recommend it because they are trolls. The reasons are as follows: First, there are few entertainment venues, and there seems to be no tennis courts or other equipment. There is only one large swimming pool and a small swimming pool. Second, the tables in the restaurant are not clean and there are few dishes for lunch and dinner. Third, the room! It is damp and dirty! The sheets are pilling, and there is noise along the street. Fourth, the layout is like a maze. When I asked for directions, the staff were very perfunctory and gave me directions casually. Finally, I told the staff about these problems, and they were very perfunctory! They didn’t listen to me at all! He listened carefully to the white people talking, which was very rude and didn’t give me a solution. In short, it is not recommended! It is not worth more than 900 a night.

Traveling with my mother, the hotel allows you to eat breakfast and lunch in advance. The luggage is left at the door, and they don't let you touch the luggage. It seems that they have to carry it all the way. No tip is required, but I still gave a $1 tip after walking a distance with the big and small bags. The food in the hotel is OK. I feel the Egyptian food in advance. You can go earlier. There are Russians all around. The snorkeling is very good. You can see corals on the pier. Snorkeling from the pier is a cliff. It is spectacular.

It was very comfortable and I'm glad that I got a service that was more than worth the money. I was surprised at how quickly the food was served at the dining area. I'd like to go again.

I was very dissatisfied with this trip. I had to catch a flight, but the trip originally cost more than 100 Egyptian pounds and was charged 600 Egyptian pounds. The environment was good and there was a beach of its own, but it was not next to the hotel and it took 15 minutes to walk. There were also cars that could go there, but it also took 5 minutes to walk to the door.

The hotel lobby is spacious, with a swimming pool, a theater, and a restaurant with rich Western flavors. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. It is not far from the airport, and the hotel's paid airport drop-off price is reasonable.

I'm not exaggerating, this all-inclusive hotel is really great.It's just that most of the people are Europeans, and there are only three of us Asians, but the hotel service is really great, every waiter is very enthusiastic, and there is no sense of discrimination. The beach is super beautiful, you can really lie on the chair for a whole day. But I want to praise the hotel's three meals a day. There are white food, but there are also some Chinese food suitable for Chinese people. I personally like it very much, it suits my taste, especially the grilled chicken and curry rice are really amazing, and the bar in the center, paradise is delicious and highly recommended!
