The resort was welcoming, tidy, and clean, the Reef was easily accessible with a moltitude of colorful fish and corals. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and the entertainment was always there but never intrusive. Mona and Roke were very friendly and kind, both to us and the children. Recommended.

Had a great vacation here! The animation team, Ibra and Fatima is very welcoming and good at their job! Stretching in the morning, Aqua gym and dance classes. Always smiling and taking their time for a chat. The other staff members are also very welcoming and nice. Specially the people working in the bar, at the breakfast and dinner. They have another team here, Bravo team, but they are only entertaining people from Italy and only speaking Italian even though we say we speak English. The food at the hotel is very good! It’s a lot to choose from and every day it is something different. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful resort! Great food for every kind of needs, great atmosphere and people. Staff really nice, especially Ahmed, Ziad and Mohamed that cleaned our room perfectly! The diving center with Mo was always there to satisfy our needs for adventure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.
