The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful. Chinese food is available, with popular options like fried noodles, fried rice, and a variety of stir-fries.

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily for its snorkeling spot. Unfortunately, the snorkeling didn't quite live up to expectations, with severe coral bleaching, scarce fish, and murky water. The hotel grounds are expansive, with various room types designed differently; those closer to the sea are generally newer. I stayed in a pool room, and the mini-bar had a good selection of soft drinks, plus three large bottles of mineral water. However, the tiled floors were extremely slippery because our shoes would track in water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty! Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation. The front desk staff, however, seemed completely indifferent, offering no apologies for this outdated and un-updated door access system. Breakfast was identical every single day! All beverages had to be ordered through a server, which would be a significant disadvantage for non-English speakers. Lunch and dinner were generally average but filling. The Indian restaurant we reserved, located by the sea, had acceptable flavors, but you'd need to translate the menu yourself. Regarding the BBQ, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. It was simply a platter of grilled beef and chicken, accompanied by some flatbread, and that was it! Overall service was decent. While the staff weren't particularly proactive or enthusiastic, they weren't neglectful or rude either.

The sea view was stunning. However, the place felt quite crowded, and the beach was packed as well. Our room was a bit small and felt dated. But what truly disappointed us was the poor service. Despite consistently tipping generously and leaving notes for two days asking for a towel animal, we never received one.

Highly recommended! The hotel environment is great, the staff are very welcoming, and they even provided free airport transfer and transportation, fulfilling all my needs. My wallet was found back at the hotel bar, and the front desk staff welcomed me to come again. I definitely will come back if I have the chance. The beef ribs at the restaurant are very much to the liking of Chinese people.

Many Italians, and even I, thought I had returned to Italy. The resort has excellent facilities. Although it's not a high-end resort, it offers great value for money. The staff are attentive, and there are many family-friendly activities, making it a great option for families with children.

I loved everything about this hotel. The service was high-quality but not intrusive, it was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The main advantage was the accessible reef. It was beautiful for both snorkeling and diving. I saw lots of fish, stingrays, a meter-long Napoleon fish, and my friend even saw a moray eel. There's a sandy beach. My husband, a couple of friends, and I went from March 16th to 23rd – it was a great bay for this season. There was a pleasant wind, sometimes strong early in the morning, but the bay was sheltered, and swimming was always possible. It was nice that there was a free paddle court and a water park. There were plenty of activities to do, even on the all-inclusive basis, and we never got bored. The food was delicious. On your last day, your wristbands are not cut off upon check-out; you can use the hotel grounds until your departure to the airport. P.S. Please note that the hotel only has one heated pool. In other places, the water is cool in March, like in sports pools. If you prefer swimming in pools, a trip in March may be disappointing.

The all-inclusive hotel was fantastic. The landscaping was wonderful, and the private beach was absolutely fantastic. It was so beautiful and nice. I wouldn't say the room condition was amazing, but I was reasonably satisfied. However, there were restaurants that required advance reservations; it was a shame I couldn't go because I asked as soon as I checked in but was told they were fully booked. Oh, and being able to walk to the famous Parsa Cafe in just 15 minutes was a huge plus! No need to haggle over taxi fares! I am satisfied considering the price!! (I tried all the buffet restaurants, but the food was pretty much the same everywhere... I did get a bit tired of it by the third day 🤣 Koreans should bring ramen... but the main restaurant does have Asian dishes like noodles and rice.)
