Having read the reviews I was optimistic about this hotel. The hotel is lovely we had a newly renovated room and it didn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location literally a 2 minute walk to the start of Naama bay. Let’s get to the food. It was disappointing, for those who said it was delicious clearly don’t have tastebuds. I have a husband who will eat anything and he even turned his nose up at most things. The dinning room chairs were covered in food and stains. The Knife and folks were in pouches and some were mucky. The bar locations could be better and not all are all inclusive. Very limited to what you can have and have to pay for most of them. The pool was freezing and I mean like ice bath experience which we expected giving the time of the year we came. The beach is in the sister hotel over the road and is nice but you do get hassled a lot though. The aircon wasn’t great and in the summer months I imagine this would of been an issue. You can hear everyone closing their doors at night and we had some very nosey neighbours. Overall was expecting abit more but the weather was great. The hotel itself is beautiful but is let down massively by the food and drinks.

I had a wonderful stay at Ghazala Gardens Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. Location: The hotel is in a great location, close to Naama Bay, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was relaxing, friendly, and perfect for both couples and families. The hotel has a beautiful design and a lovely pool area that creates a peaceful holiday feeling. Rooms: The room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day. Everything was well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Value: Great value for money. The quality of the service, food, and facilities was much better than expected for the price. Cleanliness: One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms, restaurants, pool, and all public areas were spotless. Noise Level: The hotel was quiet and relaxing, especially at night, making it easy to enjoy a good night's sleep. Service: The staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The reception team made check-in and check-out very easy and welcoming. Amenities: The food was delicious with plenty of variety every day. The animation team was energetic and entertaining, organizing fun activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows. The pools, gardens, and overall facilities were excellent. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Ghazala Gardens Hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. I would be happy to stay here again.
