I'm here now at the vacation club one bedroom suit staying in two units with family. I'm a time share member from 10 years and it's been 5 years I didn't visit the place but unfortunately it becomes an annoying place to have vacation. Hotel has no improvements since 5 years, so furniture and paints are deteriorated, equipments are in bad conditions, the stove have an electric shortage every time I use it and cuts the current out and air conditions stops. The problem is not here, the real problem is with the reception very late responses. It takes every time at least 2 to 3 hours to send the maintenance responsible. The problem repeated each time after he leaves then to call him again it takes the same time to respond. The worst problem is with a morning shift receptionist called Mohammed, today, after delay time more than 2 hours and about 5 phone calls with cold response , I get angry and spoke with him in anger mood so he screamed at me back instead of apologizing about the bad services and time waste, I wasted about 9 hours for this problem to solve in 2 days. Only one receptionist yesterday responded quickly and I called him back to thank him. Although, the maintenance staff are very friendly and cooperative but reception employees are not, until now I'm very annoyed and if I have the authority to cancel the time share contract I will do this because the future here is not promising at all.
