Luna Sharm Hotel

I don't think it could be worse than a hotel. We only needed to spend the night in it for two nights, since we bought the cheapest ticket just for the sake of a charter flight. We couldn't even spend 1 night there. When they removed the cape from the bed, it turned out that they had already slept in it, there was sand on the dirty sheets. Half the night we ran around looking for staff to give us linen. And all the guests told us: yes, this is normal. This is how it is ... Nobody will give you anything. There are no utensils in the dining room! Can you imagine?! People buy plates somewhere in the store to eat there. The food here is another story. It is impossible to eat, some terrible slurry. We didn't eat. Everywhere is terribly dirty. Everything is falling apart. The toilet was filthy, there was something in the closet. The smell in the fridge is indescribable. In general, we looked at all this and moved out in the middle of the night to another hotel. I have never seen a worse hotel in my life. Remember one thing: NEVER GO HERE!

Never!!! You hear, never come to this hotel. This is truly the worst hotel in all of Sharm. I've been to Sharm 8 times. I've been to different hotels. Yes, I know it's 3. And I know from experience what it means. But this one is something. They give one small towel per person (!) + To the beach (this is already the glory of the universe). The air conditioner for heat, it turns out, should not work. It only works in the cold. And when asked to give another blanket, it was said that: 1. The hotel is full 🤣 (and I see the hotel loading at breakfasts, lunches and dinners); 2. Not allowed so many blankets per person WiFi. paid (!) $ 2 for the entire stay and works only at the reception. In such a small area. It's funny, like you're in 2014. The phone in the room does not work (of course, no one usually needs it, but it turned out to be needed here). Well, let's not talk about cleanliness. Even compared to all the hotels I've been to, I can't collect as much dirt as here. Employees don't have uniforms. Even "restorane" all without a uniform. And food in the style of "you will not die of hunger, but you will definitely lose weight." There are no napkins. Not worth talking about the quality of dishes and food. But there is a refrigerator in the room and shops nearby. The manager, with any question, begins to gradually and very strongly raise his voice. Really, the first time I see this in 10 years of visiting Egypt. And everything would be fine if the guys at least pretended to be interested in solving the problem, but no .. some incomprehensible man who sits at the reception just starts yelling at you. What's the name, I don't know. There is no form, and even more so a badge. I am here now. Room 105. Few photos. Dust already wiped

This is one of the most economical hotels in Egypt and jumps to the forefront in terms of value. In general, this is a very small city hotel away from the sea. The territory is very small. The hotel consists of two storey buildings standing around small pools, one for adults and the other for children. And in fact it is the entire territory of the hotel. The pool has several small primitive slides that are only suitable for children. There are swings. But there is no special infrastructure. The hotel itself is old. All shabby. It is better to ask for a room on the ground floor so you can immediately go out into the courtyard from your terrace. By numbers. There are really dead numbers. And there is a high probability that they will immediately try to accommodate you there, but they change without problems. New in general the rooms are very old. Broken furniture. Dirty. There is nowhere to dry things. We dried on a chair on the terrace. All textiles are old from curtains to sheets. Antediluvian scarlet TV. Well, everything is old. There is no animation, only a self-taught DJ) So the only really interesting entertainment is trips on excursions! We bought them in a local tour company much cheaper than a hotel guide. The company is called Sami Tour, they are easy to find on the Internet by name. Great prices and very well organized. And you don't need to pay up front. In general, the hotel is full of rubbish. It's better to pay extra, even if significantly, and choose something else! If it weren’t for excursions and the sea, then rest in general could not be called rest!

Uni Sharm -Бомжатник! Не с коем случае не выбирайте этот отель. Будет испорченным отдых. Антисанитария везде и в этой гостинице, отелем трудно ее назвать, и вокруг, грязная постель, мусор, еды нет - капуста одна. Руководству отеля и туроператорам Fun Sun по фигу что продают такую хрень своим туристам. Надо вообще его снять с поисковика, а не предлагать.

Приветливый персонал, который всегда готов помочь в организации отдыха. Заказывал пару экскурсий через них цены адекватные. Анимация от Walaa порадовала, бассейн все ништяк! Цена качество отличные! Комнаты большие, вода есть!)

Если выбираете данный отель,то не завышайте ожидания. Если вы хотите бюджетно посетить Шарм-эль-Шейх и закрыть основные потребности (еда,сон),то вам сюда. Искушённым вряд ли подойдёт. Итак, вы пошли на данные жертвы, вас ждёт вкусная еда,но мало разнообразия, номер с "сюрпризом" и приветливая девушка Светлана на ресепшене,которая вам поможет и сориентирует в тонкостях местного колорита.

Никогда не едете сюда, тут вообще нужно писать всем жалобы, что бы этот отель закрыли!!! Грибок в душе, тарелки в налёте Полетели в этот отель внезапно, выбрать 30го декабря 2021г *к сожалению перед глазами туроператора пропал отель Сиерра с последним номером
