I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing—from the delicious food to the excellent service and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The beach itself looked absolutely beautiful. The only downside was that it was rocky, but for those who love snorkeling or diving, it’s actually perfect! Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it.

Hotel review for Stella Di Mare in Sharm El Sheikh. I've been to Egypt and Sharm many times, so I have a lot to compare it to. I'll start with the positives: while the rooms haven't been updated in a while, they are clean. Housekeeping does a good job and comes regularly. This is probably one of the few advantages I can mention. Now for the downsides. The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient: shuttles to Naama Bay only run three times in the evening, and there's a risk of not being able to get back. It feels like a gilded cage – leaving the hotel premises becomes a real challenge. The restaurant service leaves much to be desired. Every time we went for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we had to find our own cutlery and ask for napkins – they might bring one for a group of five. Tables aren't set in advance, and the staff doesn't show any initiative. There's absolutely no animation at the hotel – no activities, no one inviting or engaging guests. If you've come just for a quiet rest, this might suit you. But if you're looking for a lively atmosphere and a full-fledged vacation, this hotel doesn't deliver. As for the value for money, it's, to put it mildly, not in the hotel's favor. For the same price in Sharm, you can find significantly better options. Pay attention to the Jaz chain – even their all-inclusive four-star hotels surpass this one in every aspect: service, location, and atmosphere. To sum up: this hotel is suitable for those who just need a place to sleep and eat without high expectations. For everyone else, I recommend exploring other options, as there are plenty of choices in Sharm.

The hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation. Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a huge hotel with a private beach and swimming pools. It's only a 10-minute walk from Naama Bay city center. That suits us well. What we didn't like, compared to another hotel we stayed at in November, is that here they serve water in a carafe at the table, and the minibar is extra. If you have a late flight, I recommend booking an extra night because each additional hour you stay costs about 10 euros just to keep the room, and dinner is about 25 euros per person. The all-inclusive wristband will be removed at 12:00 PM, which is check-out time, and drink prices are similar to Italy. Otherwise, everything was fine. If you want to stay close to the sea, you should book Novotel Beach; Novotel Palm is across the road, a 2-3 minute walk away, but much quieter and more peaceful.

One of the most budget-friendly 4-star options. This is an option for guests who aren't easily spoiled. Major downsides: Loud music until 11 PM. A lot of Russians who drink beer and rum and coke non-stop every day and loudly discuss politics, among other things, for the whole hotel to hear. The hotel management team is very unfriendly, unlike the staff who try to be hospitable and create a pleasant impression. This positive impression is ruined by the administration, who try to rip you off at the first opportunity. Our booking didn't include lunch on the first day; it was included on the day of departure. As a result, the administration almost refused to let us have lunch for half an hour, demanding money. Keep this in mind.

The resort location is amazing. The staff is very helpful and supporting including cleaning, restaurant, reception, infect everyone. All you need to talk to them in respect with smile. Hotel offered 5 alcarte restaurants dinners but you need to pre book. Room are very standard. If you want to be comfortable then book atleast elegant / deluxe room. Spa is very basic and need renovations. Gym is basic with lot of broken machines. Lots of food option. Resort also offered beach part for extra $5. The best thing about this resort is location. You will enjoy snorkelling and dive. This resort is also close to Farsha lounge, old market. I also heard there that resort also provide pick and drop service from airport.

Özellikle banyo(küvet) baya eskiydi. Otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Tasarım olarak biraz saray havasında olduğu için güzel görünüyor tabi. Çalışanlara puanım 5 üzerinden 4. Daha ilgili olunabilirdi bence, özellikle resepsiyondakiler. Yemekler sanırım Mısır genelinde böyle. Baharatları ve yağları farklı olduğundan Türklere değişik geliyor. Tatları farklı, biraz mideyi rahatsız ediyor. Ama çeşit çoktu. O açıdan iyi. En güzel yanı bence havuzları ve aquaparkı. 4 tane havuz var. Hepsi açık havuz. Keşke bir tanesi kapalı olsaymış. Biz Mart ayında gittik, rüzgarlı ve serin bir gündü. Havuzu kullanamadık. Ama güneşli bir günde aquaparkı kullandık, gayet keyifliydi. Havuzlardan biri ısıtmalı ama sıcak diye düşünmeyin. Normal havuz sıcaklığında. Isıtmalı olmayanlar buz gibiydi. Kimse girmiyordu zaten. Biraz havalar bir tık serin olduğundan dolayı. Denize kıyısı yok. Ama plaja saat başı servis kalkıyor otelden. O konuda sıkıntı yoktu. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Dediğim gibi çok yüksek beklentiyle gelmezseniz memnun kalırsınız. Her şey dahil olarak bu fiyata pek seçenek yok sanırım.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They clean well, the room is clean. I recommend the paid shuttle service with the Fanar reefs. The shuttle runs frequently and regularly, four times a day, and the ride is 5 minutes. A taxi is $1. The nearby beach with a reef is free, but there are no toilets or showers, and the sun loungers are located very close to each other.

There are many room types, and the price on Ctrip seems to be for the basic room? The front desk said the rooms are located in sections 20 and 21, as shown in picture one. I saw many people staying there. It's a bit of a walk to the beach from there, and rooms closer to the beach are more expensive. The room type we got was definitely not like the pictures. It's best to bring your own toiletries, and a hairdryer if you need one – some rooms have them but they don't work and can't be replaced, but with the good sunshine, things dry quickly anyway 😂. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffets. If you get tired of them, there are paid à la carte restaurants. The beach environment and underwater scenery are good, mainly hard corals. You can snorkel directly from the shore. The entry points will be closed if the waves are too high. After getting a towel, just find an unoccupied lounge chair and relax for the day. Overall, this all-inclusive hotel offers good value for money. You'll wear a wristband after check-in, which you'll need for entry and exit. For luggage porters and housekeeping, a tip of around 30 EGP is usually sufficient. More might make you a target unless you feel the person truly deserves it. It's best to exchange small bills at the airport beforehand.

Комнаты слишком «уставшие» для этой цены. По телефону люди с рецепшен были хамоватыми и грубыми. При встрече все исправилось. Атмосфера в отеле тягостная, гнетущая. Анимация заточена на продажу билетов за территорию отеля. Когда в отеле с гостями грубо разговаривают даже аниматоры - это обескураживает. Из позитива: приличная территория, по местным меркам, зеленая. Без изысков, но Неплохое питание, стандартное для подобных резортов. неплохая звукоизоляция, но только окон Из негатива: До моря очень долго ехать. Многовато «политики» : наклейки с украинской символикой в общедоступных туалетах, названия блюд на украинском, при отсутсвии русского перевода.( может дело в персонале анимации?) Отталкивает небрежно сваленный строительный хлам из номеров, запах старой мебели и собственно старая мебель Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери. Гостеприимством тут и не пахло. Когда был замечен «фонтанчик с черным дельфином» ( россияне поймут) - показалось символично ;)
