Livinn Hotel Cincinnati North/ Sharonville

I didn’t like how the WiFi wasn’t good enough to play my PS5 online. Major lagging and cutting in and out.

The room reeked of cigarettes. It was awful!!! Tried to spray Febreeze but it did not help at all. Usually it is fine but this time the smell was dreadful!!!

Beautiful property, clean rooms, excellent staff, pool is nice and warm and clean, and breakfast was delicious! Lots of options and hot options. Comfortably firm beds and nice pillows, super fluffy absorbent towels! Loved the shampoo and conditioner too. Fridge worked great, was clean. Thanks so much!

The location of LiveInn is great right at the Convention Center where the event was located. The outside was clean. The breakfast was very welcoming great variety. The carpet is old and dirty throughout the whole hotel makes the place smell. Lobby could use better lighting and painting. The 1st floor hallway where the elevator is not inviting. Nobody at the front desk to check us in...however there was a sign that said, " they had to step away to help a guest." I stood there for over 20 minutes. This girl comes up and said oh I know where she is I will go and get her. Well 10 minutes later the front desk attendant shows up I told her I had been there for a total of 30 minutes waiting to check in..I was tired from the drive and she said oh well she was helping another guest and she was tired too. wow..Nobody at the front desk at 730pm sign back up for an hour we came back..to discuss getting another room...but still no attendant? The room had been cleaned on the surface. The carpet was very dirty so the room smelled like old dirty carpet. The frig smelled like fish but it was empty. We opened it and it stunk the whole room up couldn't use it. Dirt ring and hair in the bathtub we didnt use it. Luckily we stayed only one night. Stained pictures looked like a beverage had splashed them. Needs a good deep cleaning throughout. With new floors instead of carpet and some deep cleaning and customer service training this could be a higher rating easily...needs some love and updates..

Check-in was smooth, the young lady was courtesy and professional, the room was clean and fresh, plenty parking. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus, the area was well maintained, fully stocked with a variety of items and very clean, the Barista was extremely courtesy.

Our stay was great once again, but the toilet would not stop running without jiggling the handle

Customer service was on point. Very clean and friendly staff. Check in went fast and easy

The room was okay. The staff, when I checked in, was amicable. However, when I got to my room, people were running behind the hotel and looking in the windows. I closed my blinds and had no other problems. It was a nice stay.

Trip to jungle Jim's for early Christmas shopping. Stayed here over the summer during a zoo trip. Excellent service would definitely stay again
