You couldn't be closer to Parc de la Mauricie. Excellent location so to go to the park for the day! We occupied Le Pilois Sud which is located in the main building. Magnificent view of the St-Maurice River. Small simple space but where everything is well thought out. Great bed. Well equipped kitchen. Very well maintained and clean. In winter, the morning sun heats up quickly behind the windows. There is an air conditioning unit for the summer, but when the sun is strong, Pilois Nord might be better. Other units are under construction even closer to the river, each with its own terrace. We will come back and try them. We did not go to the restaurant, but the atmosphere seemed very pleasant to us and the menu varied enough. Rustic and warm decor (old barn wood reused). A nice project. Marie-Pierre from Montreal
