If I could give this a zero I would ! They obviously have people writing good reviews because they don’t reflect the property! Car parking is your car being crammed into the beer garden . Staff are rude , a customer in the pub showed us to the room ! The bedding looked like it hasn’t been changed from the last occupant! We brushed what looked like dead skin and bits off the top of the duvet, there were bits and hairs on the sheet , it had never seen an iron , stain on sheet and pillow! No brew making facilities in room , room grubby and very basic ! Had it been £35 max it Might have been acceptable but because there was a concert on they charged £180 ! Parking was an additional £4 , breakfast £8 ! We stayed 15 mins max and left managing to get another room up the road for £79 ! Staff rude and unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE ! It will leave you with a very sour view of Sheffield

I really have to say this is an absolute gem, loved our stay the staff and locals are fab no complaints at all. Stayed in room 11 and cannot recommend enough no noise from bar at all and felt so safe. Cannot understand why people have lest bad reviews we loved it

Amazing place to be they have a games room a smoking area out side and a pool room what much more do you need lets not forget about the Ensuite bathrooms what are in the best rooms what is kept to the Highest standard possible, I love this place so so much You need to stay here.

Excellent staff very warming and so helpful I would recommend this place if you are coming to Sheffield close to the centre and great links also the rooms are a high standard of cleanliness and serviced regularly and the staff can’t do enough for you they are sol excellent

Absolutely 💯 amazing place to stay so much quirky stuff in the hotel & bar downstairs Check there rear garden out so many burials on walls etc Food was spot 👌 we just had burgers but was tasty & good portion sized There Cafe opens 7am daily Try the large breakfast 😋 Tip notch Don Valley hotel Keep up the great work 👍

Stayed here twice now for work. Love coming here. Lovely bar staff, some funny characters in the bar. Rooms were great both times . Beds comfy . Allowed us to take Indian take away up to room, gave us plates n cutlery. Will be back very soon. A real home from home. Well done Don Valley Hotel &pub !

Great place to stay and have a drink. very friendly and helpful bar staff. nikki on the bar always happy to help to make it a happy stay. Very clean rooms and great food. Good prices on all drinks and friendly environment. Excellent cocktail menu from mark the mixologist!
