Bugs on the floor, trash stuffed behind the bed, in the iron holder, in the trash can, blood stain on the pull out mattress.

The place need some renovations. Very old bathroom, the floor is cracking, the access to the swimming pool is on renovation on some places. The staff is not very welcoming nor any room service were done. The only positif feedback is the bed and pillows are confortables and in good condition. In summery, the price is very high for what you get.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but still has everything you need on a skiing trip. Hot tub to relax and a breakfast to load up in the morning.

Staff unfriendly and acr bothered to do their job. Room wreaked of cigarettes. Got a room change that also wreaked of cigarettes. Homeless loitering. Drug activity. Scuz stains on nearly everything. I felt dirty staying there. I wish there was a way to be refunded because ive seen cleaner tents.

We needed a comfortable and reasonably-priced place to stay overnight in Burlington and Quality-Inn Shelburne was perfect for our needs. The carpets and furnishings could use an update but the mattress and pillows were fresh and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Hot breakfast included sausage, eggs, pancakes, waffles, and surprisingly good brewed coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The curtains were see through,the shower had some mold on the ceiling...the carpet was gross...all that in one night. Would not recommend this property to anyone.... One of the worst place that we've stayed...and expensive too ..
