Bad experience 🤮🤮🤮

Liked location Terrible condition: Had to repair toilet to use it. Verry noisey due to proximity to RTE 74 and occupants in room 115. No breakfast . Actually checked out due Bedding, asked for non smoking and was given a smokers room 👎. Only things that worked were the TV and the HVAC. Bed - had no support or blanket - Pillows were very thin

There were bed bugs in our room my kids, myself and their father were bitten and all the hotel did was move our room on the last night. They refused to discount or refund any of our money.

was a decent stay bed was very comfortable the shower was wonderful perfect spray and temperatures staff very pleasant

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (or rather, not stayed in, as my husband and I decided we did not feel safe enough to stay here and ended up losing out on our money on the reservation). I don't usually consider myself a germaphobe or someone who is overly picky about cleanliness, but this hotel was awful. Everything was stained (carpets, walls, lampshades), the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there was food leftover in the fridge from the previous guest, burn stain/hole on the wall, bugs in the room, cracked tile in the bathroom and a toilet seat that wasn't even connected to the toilet. The front desk refused to give us a second towel even though our reservation was for two adults and kept insisting we had booked only a "single room." The lobby was constantly dark with only a single light on over the front desk, the eating area always had the chairs stacked up on the tables and there were strange and suspicious guests/people lurking in the breezeways and parking lot. Overall, would never recommend this hotel and I guess we learned our lesson not to trust the pictures online.

I was liking it until two nights ago manager or the owner said we had to move out of the own room that I’m a disabled person and they moved us into another room and my husband been working so I would advise no one to stay there and they can’t move to another room because the room we was in room 109. The tub broke and it flooded the room so I’ve got asthma and I asked could I be moved and it was fine but then the owner came on the property and got to it with my husband.

The door to the hotel room had no lock and was previously kicked in. Both beds had multiple stains on them. There was a big circular red stain on the carpet that looked like blood. Lastly, there was a spider the size of the palm of my hand lurking in the corner of the room. There was no way anyone could stay in this hotel for an hour let alone over night.

Nasty outside sidewalks where like they haven't seen water and soap since construction absolutely nasty. Smoke alarm in our room was hanging by the wires vent in the bathroom was not covered just a hole in a wall at checkout this morning the manager gave me my deposit of $25 back I went to my vehicle to check my fluids in order to leave the manager comes outside where I was at and ask me for the $25 back cuz he said he had already gave the money to someone else.... Don't they check IDs here before they just give somebody money claiming that they're getting their deposit back I refused because it was impossible I was the only person there in the room my 5-day stay was littered with gnats all in the room absolutely have no plans of ever staying here again.

The bed was clean and comfortable. So on that basic level I was pleased. HOWEVER: The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke; the only towels when I checked in were dirty; neither the TV, the refrigerator, nor the lamp next to the bed worked. The handle on the sink was broken and the cushions on the couch didn't fit the couch. The listing claims "toiletries included," but I had to go buy toothpaste elsewhere. They advertise breakfast, but when I looked in I saw cereal and a pack of mini muffins--OK, basic, not terrible--but ALL of the chairs were still turned up on the tables. I have stayed here before, though it's been years, and neither time nor management have been good to it. The bed gets it a second star or I would have given it a 1. I will not stay here again, and I would not recommend it.
