Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.

Loved the location of this property to the quaint Main Street of East Aurora, NY. We were within walking distance to shops, bakeries, restaurants, and entertainment. Faith at the front desk was always smiling and ready to help. Bree at the Breakfast Buffet was also very friendly, big smiles, and helpful with suggestions to do locally and outside of the area. Warm chocolate chip cookies at night was a special, tasty treat. Would love to come back and spend more time in the area!

The hotel is very good, I recommend it, the environment, the bar, etc. are OK, the room is also very big, much better than going to Japan, the breakfast is a bit simple, maybe the old beauty doesn't matter.

This hotel had everything I was looking for on a trip to Niagara Falls with the grandchildren. Located just off the highway, there were plenty of fast food, restaurants, and shopping options. Even a movie theater. Enjoyed the War Memorial right out front. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We had a 2 queen bed suite with the sofa sleeper. Very spacious and included desk, walk in closet, huge bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, fridge. They include Wifi for free, works great. Enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, Including eggs and sausage. Coffee and hot water available all day. Hilight for the kids? The pool. They went in twice each day. We just signed in at the front desk on our way in. They limit the number of people allowed in at a time. Every employee we encountered were friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel is very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and is very cost effective!

We were assigned this hotel as part of a hockey package while traveling to a Buffalo area tournament. The stay could not have been better. The front desk staff, hotel staff, housekeeping and management were more than accommodating to all of our needs. They provided access to a conference room for the team to eat in, hang out and play. There was an additional lobby area with computers for the kids, and an outdoor grill that could be used when dinner plans changed. The kids especially liked the pool table and games in the main lobby. The salt water pool was also a hit! We had early morning games and the hotel ensured that the breakfast area was open and ready for us before the normal time (and stayed open later to accommodate us after games). The pancake maker was such a fun surprise for the kids -- along with all of the toppings! Marilyn walked around with whipped cream topping off the hot chocolates for any kid that wanted it. What a treat! The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and NO carpet which was a huge plus. The lack of closets and dressers was a bit strange, but there was space to put everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any team looking to stay in the area, or families with kids.
