The employees have been very polite and helpful. We have been here 2 weeks and we just extended our stay for another 2 weeks! We are homeless at the moment and they have been very understanding .

Situated up on a hill away from highway and noise is minimal. Exit off the Rte 8 highway is directly across from the hotel, making it very convenient. There is no restaurant on site, but there are many within about a mile and two grocery stores. Also stores are on this road (Bridgeport Ave). Front desk is very responsive to questions and needs.

Room was clean. Check-in fast and efficient. Service staff friendly. Only negative surprise was “breakfast” - mini-muffins, granola bars, and instant coffee.

The trash from the previous residents hadn’t been emptied, lightbulbs didn’t work, the shower curtain was missing and the toiletries were minimal. Constant noise, even in the middle of the night, and obnoxious cooking food odors in the hallway.

Hotel room wasn't ready for check in guests!
There wasn't enough pillows for two person to sleep.
I and my wife, we had terrible night by not sleeping with comfort as it was usually before.
