The hotel's location is convenient for the airport, and there are shopping areas nearby. The room experience was decent, offering a view of the city's main street, Youth Avenue. The room itself was well-designed and clean.

Huge thanks to the front desk for the welcome fruit! My kid loved the strawberries and cherry tomatoes so much that the front desk brought up another big plate, which made us really happy. The service was warm, polite, and excellent – five stars! The hotel's breakfast was very convenient, and the coffee was nice.

Pros: 1. **Excellent Location, Easy Transportation:** The hotel is perfectly situated right next to Qingnian Street Metro Station, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. 2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays. 3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. 4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night. 5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes. Cons (Needs Significant Improvement): 1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. 2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:** * **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job. * **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

The front desk upgraded our room, and the facilities were generally good. Breakfast was also decent, so overall we were satisfied. The hotel's location is great, right on Qingnian Street, making it very convenient for getting around. There's also a subway nearby.

The location is convenient, right by the subway entrance. The staff are all very enthusiastic. The only minor downside is that there's nothing for kids to do. There isn't much to do in Shenyang for kids, so they didn't want to go out and just ended up stuck in the hotel, bored. The attached picture is from Fengtian Xiaoguan, a restaurant I found nearby, so at least dining was convenient.

This hotel is great, and the room view was beautiful, facing the street. Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, provided excellent service. Whenever I needed something during my stay, she was always reachable and very nice. Five-star rating!

She proactively contacted me before check-in to understand my needs in detail and arranged a high-floor city view room for me in advance, which had an amazing view. The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang, and be sure to seek out Alisa – you won't be disappointed! Five-star review, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location right above a subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. It's a branded five-star hotel with great facilities and a lovely environment. It's also really easy to find places to eat and shop, with MixC (a large shopping mall) just one subway stop away!

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the 'Golden Corridor' area, surrounded by hotels, restaurants, and malls. The subway entrance is right outside, making transportation incredibly convenient. What really stood out was the hotel's warm and welcoming service; they even provided complimentary welcome fruits! I'll definitely consider staying here again.
