這是住過的體驗感最差的公寓式酒店了，沒有前台，入住就是根據房東給的密碼去信報箱拿鑰匙（這可以接受）。房間衞生比較差，感覺衞生很隨意，枕頭內膽都是發黃的，床單上還有頭髮（想讓房東更換，很不情願的樣子），衞生間洗漱台都發黴了。。。投影儀根本接不上網，看不了。。。體驗感很差了。

優點:網絡電視有會員 床品舒適 熱水快
缺點:床墊嘎吱嘎吱的 半夜翻個身被嚇一跳，前台已變成物業
和這個公寓樓其他家不一樣的是老闆每日上午都會貼心的問你 走了嗎退房告訴我

來這家不會踩雷 出差的朋友們可以放心住！
位置：離北站走路6-7分鐘。很方便
生活：樓下一大堆便利店 早上趕火車的話 路邊還有燻肉捲餅 咬上一個加肉的 過癮
屋內衞生很乾凈 房間裏面也很寬敞（沒準備牙膏牙刷和梳子 還好我自帶了 下次注意哈）老闆人很好也很細心 下次出差還會來住！好評！

介紹説距離瀋陽北站是幾百米，我記得好像是寫的140米，實際是直線距離，真的走的話，得走兩公里，本來以為很近，實際打車都花了10塊錢，挺難找的那個地方，對我而言，別的都挺好，就是有點遠，距離北站
