房間確實有點老舊了，但是工作人員服務都很到位，近期酒店在裝修，車場內工作人員管理非常到位，提前就聯繫客人告知裝修情況，特別暖心，因為我在陸總附近出差，而且早餐也特別豐富，主要是人員服務確實到位，可想而知這是培訓了多少次，對客服務沒得説，希望裝修完能有更好的入住體驗！

不太會網絡評論，頭一次真心感謝。帶長者看病，本來心情非常焦慮，但錦江之星的服務給我們帶來很多温馨。説實話酒店裝修及設施比較老舊，有一些不盡人意的地方。通過平台訂酒店考慮的是位置和車位的因素，但前台及保潔的温馨服務給我們家屬帶來很多温暖和感動。錦江之星有你們，願越來越好。謝謝

房間衞生很差，床單被套，枕套都是油膩的發黃，床單上掀開到處都是頭髮，根本就沒有替換新的，就是鋪平了而已，對錦江的好感降到冰點，同區域的其他酒店，他家是最貴的，可能就是仗着離醫院近吧！再也不會住了！
