JI Hotel (Shenyang North Railway Station North Square)

My stay here was excellent. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and bright with great natural light and ventilation. I'll definitely come back again!

The location is fantastic, directly across from the north square of Shenyang North Station, just a few minutes' walk away, making travel incredibly convenient. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and thoughtful. Any requests were promptly handled, which made us feel very well cared for. When my child wasn't feeling well upon check-in, the front desk proactively offered warm water, which was a very kind gesture. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft, clean, and odorless, and the floors and desk were spotless. The bathroom was bright and clean with a separate wet and dry area, showing exceptional attention to cleaning details. The entire room was elegant and tidy, with good lighting and ventilation. The mattress was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality rest. As expected from a Ji Hotel, the quality is consistently good. Highly recommend!

When I first checked in, the room smelled strongly of smoke. I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a smoke-free room. Great service!

The room door felt like it wasn't even there; there was zero soundproofing. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. And first thing in the morning, the floor staff were right outside my door, either chatting or playing on their phones?

We chose this Ji Hotel because we needed to catch a train early the next morning. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location; it's right across from the train station, and you can even see the platform directly from your room window, which is incredibly convenient for those catching an early train the next morning. We checked in quite late in the afternoon, and the check-in process went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy, just as Ji Hotel is known for, and it was more than enough for a good night's rest. Our stay was relatively short, so we didn't use the laundry room, and we didn't have time for breakfast the next morning, so I won't comment on those aspects. Overall, there was nothing particularly amazing, but we didn't encounter any problems that affected our stay. If you're catching an early train, this hotel's location is extremely advantageous, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
