設施：都比較老舊 房間裏燈光太暗了 房間連抽紙都沒有 衞生：進門床上有死蒼蠅 浴室裏有小飛蟲 但是也無所謂了 能湊合住 就沒找前台 環境：就一個好處離車站近 我想要隔音好點的 聽不到外面聲音 但是酒店內部走廊一大早聽人聊天很清楚 半夜還有小孩哭 服務：沒啥服務 酒店沒有機器人送餐 凌晨一點 外賣員記不得身份證不讓送上來 還得自己去拿 某種程度來説前台很有原則性了 額

位置很好，連鎖品牌也可以，硬件軟件都需要提升，管理服務不夠。住過很多酒店，也包括格林，第一次住到這樣酒店，本不想多説，為了酒店未來還是説幾句牢騷僅供參考。

除了離着瀋陽北站近以外，其他沒太多優點，房間離電梯很遠，設施也比較舊，水就兩瓶喝完自己買，三元一瓶。

房間有蚊子，被我打死了。香皂過期了，被我扔了。衞生方面有上一個客户留下的糖紙都沒有清掃。衞生間裏的毛巾是破的。門口的停車場是收費的。滴滴都不讓進，進去的話就收費。打車不方便。

優點：離瀋陽北站距離很近，步行幾十米，辦理入住很快，室能有個小窗户，能夠看到外面的二樓頂層，雨打在上面，淅淅瀝瀝，感覺很棒！ 缺點：燈光很暗，設施老舊，吹風機很差勁，開十幾秒，停幾分鐘，短髮一個小時也沒吹乾！

位置非常便利，因為第二天我們從瀋陽北站坐火車，車站就在旁邊，走兩分鐘就到了。可能有些年頭了，窗子扣不緊但不影響住宿。早上準備出去找吃的，看到3樓電梯旁的食堂，問了可以對外開放，我們就決定就在這吃，15/一位，小孩免費，真心省事了。

房間像是招待所 與圖片嚴重不符 屋裡一股廁所味 床品臟的要死 住了很多店 第一次給一個店差評！衹有酒店位置有優勢 這個店衹值五十塊 還硬生生賣的100多 設施老舊 房間小的一個行李箱都放不下 沒辦法到了已經十一點了想要退房其他附近的酒店沒有房間了 衹能湊合 奉勸大家不要來沒苦硬吃 毫無性價比 衞生：差

臟亂差，沒有別的評價，除了便宜，離火車站近，其他一無是處，牆上有污點，被褥也不乾淨，一屋子味道，馬桶，衞浴都不乾淨，感覺這就不是格林豪泰，還不如乾淨的小旅店，這個衹適合中途休息一下的地方，對地方不挑的人可以，樓道地毯都是屋子，窗户也是污漬，年久失修～本來訂2天，晚上到的湊合了一天，轉天趕緊撤了～去年在山西的格林豪泰比這個強太多太多了，真不知道這個牌子到底是個啥
